We stayed one night during our rushed trip to Colombo and found our stay at this apartment simply awesome! Thanks to the duty manager Mr Pasindu, who gave us a warm reception, while checking in and out, as well as during our stay, we were made to feel simply at home! The room was very specious and comfortable and having the whole apartment for ourselves during our stay, which was also equipped with a pantry and all the utensils etc, was a plus point. It was very clean and well maintained, which we always expect, so we were extremely satisfied with our short stay and would definitely go back in future. We highly recommend this location, if you want chill out and have a peaceful stay! :)

We stayed in apartment hotels before but this was the excellent in comparison, for the cleanliness, convenience, spaciousness, for the friendly and helpful of staff and the cost. Both the apartments our family rented were comfortable and we had no complaints. There is a lift so it's suitable for people with reduced mobility. We can wholeheartedly recommend Vivas residencies.
