The room was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful sea and city views. The buffet breakfast was rich with many choices. The only drawback was that no one came for an extra bed after I asked for it. I went to the front desk to ask and they asked me to wait. Then they called again. I asked for an extra bed, and they brought me a laundry bag. After I explained clearly, the person left and there was no further contact.

Hilton Colombo Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed — with a stunning view of the city and the sea! Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect environment for both rest and productivity.
The location is ideal for business travelers, with easy access to key areas of Colombo. The service was exceptional — friendly staff, smooth check-in, and quick responses to every request. I also enjoyed the amenities, especially the gym and breakfast spread. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I return to Colombo.

The plumbing is by TOTO, so there is plenty of hot water, the air conditioner can be set to a comfortable temperature, and best of all, the rooms are spacious and have the best views. It's right next to the Dutch Hospital and the World Trade Center. It's also in a good location, within walking distance of Colombo Fort Station. The food was delicious, and the lobby was superb, with a sense of openness and luxury.
