When I checked in at the front desk, the hotel customer service made things difficult for me, saying that the online payment was not in place, and asked me to pay again at the front desk, saying that if the payment was repeated, I could get a refund. But in fact, Ctrip had already transferred the money to the hotel, and gave me two order numbers for the front desk to check. As a result, the front desk said that they did not know what the numbers were for, pretended to be stupid and did not want to check, and said that they had to pay again. Always a pleasure to stay at Taj Samudra. Great service and a fantastic Breakfast Buffet. Some of the pricing e.g Fresh Orange juice in the Lobby cafe was extortionate, maybe an oversight

I visited Golden Dragon restaurant with my family. Food was delicious and the service was excellent I would say. It isn't my first visit to the restaurant but always amazed with the hospitality n ambience .. specially Kasun provided very good service 👌..

I recently attended a meeting at the Grand Marquee of Taj Hotel. The hotel lobby was glamorous, even to rival that of Cinnamon Grand, though it may not have all the modern feel of ITC or Shangri-La. The lobby provides the hotel with a unique charm. It’s a spacious property with a great view, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. One minor issue I noticed was the lack of proper access to the parking area at the far east end of the hotel, due to tree roots and a rugged road.
