I was at family affairs in Cologne and it was very intense. It was very important for me to have a good night's sleep. When I found out that my room was on a very busy street where the freight trains were still running and it was very noisy, I asked the receptionist to give me another room. The employee had zero friendliness and empathy. I immediately rejected it with absolutely inappropriate arguments, despite the fact that I had said that I had very bad sleep. If I wasn't tied to the district I would immediately take another hotel!!!
