the location is of course exceptional, especially when you arrive by train.
I went there for a show, dropping off my luggage the morning of my arrival by train, with a smile, then on my way to the show via the station a few meters away.
the staff is very pleasant and smiling, the friendly side that we appreciate.
the room is absolutely perfect, very good bedding, large bathroom, spa bath and superb shower.

The Hotel shows five stars! The room had no wifi whatsoever, although they showed three different wifi lans. Attempts to bridge this gap with mobile hotspots were not helpful. Noises from other rooms were audible, which means a bad noise insulation. Worst of all was that there was first only boiling hot water in the bathroom. This was due to the fact that all cold water supplies were closed. Still after opening them ourselves, one of the two lavatories cold water regulator was not functional. Shocking was that the shower was switching from regulated 38 degrees Celsius to suddenly boiling hot water and then to ice cold water. This made showering an unpleasant not to say dangerous encounter! You judge if this Hotel deserves the five star rating. Our attempt to communicate the shortcomings was prompted with the statement that the maintenance technicians had left! (???)
