The breakfast was very good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, and less hot food in Europe. The hotel is a bit far from the main scenic spot. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. If you leave something in the room you do not know you will get your belongings back. I had something stolen by the cleaning staff but at the receptiondesk they told me that if I can not proof it, it did not happen. I was really disapointed by this approach. To me a hotel is a place were I can feel at home, being in good hands. I feel angry and defenseless!

We spent three nights in this hotel, staying in a ground floor room. The room was comfortable and very well presented and the bathroom was a good size and well appointed. There are a limited number of on-site parking spaces - most of the parking is in an underground carpark just across the street. It's a bit more expensive to park on site but we went for that option and we thought it was well worth it. The breakfasts are good with a nice range of choices. The only snag is that the area where breakfast is served is quite small, certainly in relation to the number of rooms, and we found it was very crowded at busy times. The staff are helpful and the hotel is very conveniently situated for the centre of Colmar. We'd stay there again.

This is a very good house. It is an old house. It used to be the local mayor. There are 105 people on it! 🥰 It is now one of the must-see attractions in Colmar! Everyone must pass by to watch the show! And it is a Michelin-starred restaurant! There are years of history and culture, and the service is very good. On the day of the check-in, we received the door to the front desk, explained the project, and sent the cake! The video was taken in the morning to open the window! Amazing!!!!!! Exceptional services!!! Room is clean and comfy. Highly recommend this hotel !!!! All staff are very kind and helpful. I think this is one of the best hotel around the area. We don’t have time to enjoy the gym and swimming pool, but the environment are great too!!

The location is in the mountains. When I checked in at night, it was dark and scary, but it was a lovely accommodation in the morning. The breakfast was tidy, and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen and a big bathtub in the bathroom. It's the best.
