By chance, we booked the Hotel Dete Maison. The hotel itself is a historical place in the small town of Colmar, with profound cultural heritage. The hotel has well preserved its original style under modern decoration, and the service reflects French elegance and thoughtfulness. If The price is acceptable, I recommend you to try it out

Excelente em tudo. Hotel antigo, histórico, lindo, muito confortável, muito bem decorado, café da manhã farto e ótimo, staff muito gentil, eficiente e educado. Restaurantes impecáveis e comida deliciosa. Local privilegiado. Colmar e tudo de bom como também este hotel histórico. Super recomendo.

Wir haben ein wundervolles Abendessen genossen; kreativ präsentiert, geschmacklich fein abgestimmt einschließlich der dazu gereichten Weine. Das Service war ausnahmslos aufmerksam, freundlich und akkurat. Das Ambiente ist elegant, geschmackvoll gestaltet und angenehm. Fein war auch die Möglichkeit zwischen 5 und 7 Gängen wählen zu können. Preis und Leistung passen.

Cuisine pleine de saveurs dans un cadre moderne et historique à la fois. Le restaurant gastronomique est dans un cadre très moderne même si le bâtiment est ancien : le mélange des 2 est très bien réussi. Le chef est charmant, il fait plusieurs fois le tour des tables. La salle du petit déjeuner est une salle très traditionnelle : on voyage dans le temps le temps d'une nuit.

The good: The rooms are very nice. Beds very comfortable. Colmar is very cool and this is a near historic building. The service was fine. A little spotty. Nothing egregious but also nothing spectactular. The bad: Arrival at this place left something to be desired. We could not figure out how to get to the road this hotel is on and the hotel didn't have any parking for us. We ended up not even being able to drop out luggage off at the hotel. We parked 3 blocks away and drug out luggage on the cobblestone streets. I'd recommend reaching out to guests below with more detailed and specific arrival instructions. If you are going to book the hotel, just plan ahead a little better than we did to try to mitigate these challeneges. If you go, I highly recommend doing the 3 castles hike near Kayserberg. And you must check out Riquewir and Eguisheim. If I returned I would honestly probably stay in one of those smaller villages.
