By chance, we booked the Hotel Dete Maison. The hotel itself is a historical place in the small town of Colmar, with profound cultural heritage. The hotel has well preserved its original style under modern decoration, and the service reflects French elegance and thoughtfulness. If The price is acceptable, I recommend you to try it out

Sehr zuvorkommend und freundliches Personal, ruhiges Hotel, zentral gelegen mit sehr sehr gutem Frühstück. Alles in Reichweite, zentral gelegen, einkaufen bummeln oder Restaurants praktisch vor der Haustür. Sehr empfehlenswert gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé deux jours exceptionnels à la Maison des Têtes à Colmar. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, et tout au long du séjour, l’équipe s’est montrée souriante, compétente et aux petits soins. Le restaurant Girardin est une véritable expérience. On sent la passion derrière chaque assiette, avec une cuisine d’une justesse remarquable, qui met en valeur des produits ultra-locaux. Juste de la vraie cuisine, sincère et maîtrisée. Le petit déjeuner est à l’image du reste : des produits frais, faits maison, et un vrai souci de qualité. Un régal pour commencer la journée. (Mention spécial pour le Yaourt ;) ) Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la brasserie, qui partage la même philosophie : des plats savoureux, bien exécutés, avec des ingrédients de premier choix. Bref, une adresse où l’on sent l’amour du métier et le souci du détail à tous les niveaux. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le top et un petit déjeuner plus que parfait. Un service de nuit. Il faut manger a la brasserie, très belle découverte. Le service est plus que bien. Un vrai 5 étoiles. Et en centre de Colmar, c'est un plus. Seul le parking est petit. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Great location, we were treated like royalty. Beautiful historic building, the rooms were comfortable with a choice of pillows and a very comfortable bed. The shower was magnificent ! The front desk was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again without question.
