The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the train station. The room is big and seems newly renovated. It's not far from Colmar's attractions, about one kilometer away. I arrived at the hotel after noon and contacted the front desk, otherwise I would have to check in after 3 o'clock. I was asked to store my luggage. I remembered to open my bag and take my passport. Later, I found that my wallet was missing when I walked out. I'm not sure if I lost it at the train station or at the hotel. People at reception desk are not nice and not helpful. The room is smelly and dark. The facility is old.
