The reason I rate it four stars is because it states that it has a soft bed, this wasn’t the case. We’ve been sleeping on a blowup mattress for a little over a week not to mention this is the hardest bed that we’ve slept on while staying at a Hampton Inn. The room we stayed in was to close to the ventilation system, so it was a little loud
Besides the negativity, the staff was super friendly, helpful,etc. The location, cleanliness,etc was perfect

They are doing renovations, which is OK, but the phone wanted to blink red all night. Hotel staff said to ignore. We unplugged. The blackout window shade has large gaps. The room seemed 1/2 renovated. Either renovate completely or don’t rent the room. I don’t really feel I got a renovation discount on the price.
The staff was very nice, helpful and professional.

The place was in a good location, price was right, the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was solid. Thats what is important to me in a hotel and they met those neede.

The room was clean but they had recently put wallpaper up in the bathroom and the adhesive used affected my allergies and had a strong scent. It was not pleasant at all. The staff were very nice and helpful especially since the elevator was very broken.
