Tammy took care of the breakfast area and was so pleasant and efficient. She made every person there feel important and special. 5 star service from Tammy and the front desk staff. Food was pretty good too. The only sad note was the pool stated it was heated and it was not.

Mixed review. The staff was friendly & followed through on requests. We were under a tornado warning & went to first floor hallway. Staff person opened up the employee break room for us to sit. Staff appeared genuine. Hotel property is in need of a major renovation: peeling wallpaper in breakfast area, worn carpet & furniture in rooms. dated bathrooms …

The staff was friendly and competent. The room had large stains on the carpet and was very dated. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had been updated but had pink mildew in the corners of the shower. The sink was slow to drain. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The breakfast was worse than most. We would not stay here again. Oh and the elevator wasn’t working so we had to haul the luggage up the stairs!!!!

The whole staff was very nice and professional. I will always come back to this property because of them. The housekeeper Tyesha was the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and might guy Devin was awesome, we were late and he was happy to see us!!!!!!!!!!

Accidently booked two rooms, but the front desk guy said, "That happens all the time" and took the extra room off our bill. Make sure the cancellation is done right so you don't get hit with a cancellation charge. Everything was clean and in good repair. Comfortable beds. Easy to find, easy parking. Nice breakfast.

Greeted by friendly staff at front desk and quickly checked in. Went to assigned room, which hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. Returned to front desk. They were apologetic and gave us another room. Dirty spots on the desk area. One light in bathroom burned out. Pool closed by order of health department! Didn’t eat the free breakfast. No fresh fruit or yogurt. Nothing else we wanted. Overpriced!!

Room was dirty and room door did not shut tightly. Light from hallway illuminated room at night.. Shower did not work. Had to go down in morning to get a key to a different room to shower in. Pool was closed by order of board of health. Breakfast was not good. I have eaten at other Fairfield Inns and had decent food. This food was ill prepared. Oatmeal was watery and mushy. Muffins were still frozen. Bagels were stale and dry. Hotel needs an upgrade. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and kind.

The hotel staff was so kind. However, the facilities were sadly lacking. The pool was shut down by the Board of Health (something about chemicals and drainage). The shower in our room was not functional. We got a different room to shower in the next morning, and it barely worked either. There was such a huge gap around our door and the door frame that we did lot even need a night light due to the hall light shining in. The eggs tasted like the plastic bag we saw them being dumped from. Once again, AMAZINGLY kind staff. Please, Marriott, use some resources to upgrade! As a Platinum member, I stay in a lot of Marriotts. This was by far the worst facility I have seen.

Absolutely FILTHY! 1st room - damp/moldy smell, sticky substance on toilet and floor of the bathroom. 2nd room - damp/moldy smell, not vacuumed, food in the fridge (old food). 3rd room - toilet full of of toilet paper and feces. Pool closed by order of the Health Department. Marriott should take their name off of this hotel. I travel full time and have never had an experience like this. Skip this hotel for sure.
