Nice clean place, big room. We got a room on the second floor and farthest from reception and there is no elevator and with the indoor swimming pool on the lower floor that meant a lot of walking and climbing stairs.
Our units door was out of sorts, very difficult opening and shutting it.
it is 10 minutes ride from Blue mountain village where most the action is.
No restaurant of own, there is a restaurant Gustav in the building which gives a measly 10% discount after charging high prices . However no other nearby pocket friendly food options except at the blue mountain village

Spacious room that was newly renovated. Biggest problem was the fridge leaking, but the staff was proactive to investigate the issue after we checked out. We're still waiting to hear back, but appreciated the recommendation to provide feedback.

They left me without Christmas dinner, it would be important for them to remember the $250 deposit they ask for. They withheld the money we had planned for our weekend. I wouldn't go back, I much prefer Airbnb. I wanted to try tripping in hotels and I regret it!!!!!

Very clean! Convenient transportation! Customer service is very polite. You have to pay a deposit with a credit card when you arrive at the hotel, and the card will be returned 2 days after you check out. So remember to bring your travel card! I don’t know when I can check out. I just checked out and went home. Waiting for the money to come back.
