When I walked in there were multiple cars parked right I front and nobody in them. It was pouring rain so I figured the lobby was backed up. But no it was completely empty. Then the front desk was closed so my son and I had to sit there soaking wet to wait for assistance. The stay was nice once we actaually got to the room. But the next day after checkout I realized in the car my wallet was missing. I called and had them check the room TWICE! And both times they said it wasn’t there. Mind you I JUST CHECKED OUT & hadn’t left the car once. So safe to say it was stolen. Will be following up w proper steps to retrieve my stolen property.

Clean Nice and

First and last time I stay in that place. The floor of the room was dirty, they didn't have towels to replace the used ones I had to reuse the ones I had already used. There were cookie crumbs on the nightstand. I asked for toilet paper and they didn't have any, the maid had to go to the unoccupied rooms to bring it to us. I forgot the ziplock with my shampoo, soap and toothpaste at home, I asked and they could only help me with a micro tube of paste. I rented that room because it included the kitchen but to my surprise not even a spoon was included I had to bring pots, plates, utensils etc... if I wanted to use it. Lastly (now out of the hotel's reach) the people in the room next door would come in at any time of the day and make a fuss without any consideration whatsoever. The worst experience I have ever had on vacation.
