酒店的服務非常惡劣，我們在諾曼底遊玩，怕在酒店規定入住之前無法趕到酒店，還通過攜程平台通過代理商和酒店溝通，能不能等我們一會兒。我們緊趕慢趕，在酒店規定的入住時間之前5分鐘趕到了酒店，酒店的工作人員居然提前下班了。在通過攜程平台和酒店工作人員多次溝通後，酒店工作人員才返回酒店為我們辦理入住手續，差點就露宿街頭了。

Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms
We had a nice and spacious room with good facilities.
Coming in with a Tesla it is very convenient they have a charger available overnight.
Cute garden facilities around the hotel. I would recommend.

Great place to stay walking distance to cemetery
Very convenient to the American cemetery (we walked there). On-site restaurant had a great burger! Overall great choice.

Good hotel, pity about the staff
The hotel is located on a roundabout that leads to the American war cemetery overlooking Omaha beach. It is also within walking distance of the massive new museum linked to the Omaha landings. The room was comfortable and the hotel has a large free car park. We were however very disappointed with the staff and service we received. Breakfast was a shambles and we only had breakfast on the first of our three day stay. I would state that the attention we received from the staff was one of the worst we have ever experienced, and certainly spoilt our stay.

Great hotel at the entrance of American Cemetery
Amazing staff who were very accommodating. Property is located at the entrance of the American Cemetery. Clean, spacious rooms!

Hôtel au calme
Descriptif de notre chambre conforme à celle qui nous a été attribuée. Chambre spacieuse très propre, douche à l'italienne et sanitaires très propres également, literie de grand confort. On ajoute à ceux ci un bon accueil et un serveur très disponible au petit déjeuner.
Comme point négatif je soulignerais le manque d'ouverture du restaurant le soir qui m'a fait défaut , un rideau occultant dans la chambre aurait été idéal au lieu du double rideau qui ne permet pas d'éviter le jour dans la chambre. Bonne situation la visite du cimetière américain et du Overlord Museum peut se faire à pied depuis l'hôtel.

Expérience très agréable
Excellent séjour dans une chambre spacieuse très bien située au dernier étage avec vue sur la rivière. Emplacement parfait pour faire du shopping. Garage pas très grand ni facile pour un SUV. Personnel accueillant mais échanges principalement en espagnol.
