Exceptional, friendly staff offer outstanding service. Convenient location near Century Square with easy access to amenities. However, guests experienced discomfort from uncomfortable beds affecting sleep quality.

I’m currently staying at the Hampton Inn College Station and was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the lack of concern from staff. When I arrived and went to take a shower, I found a dirty, used towel still hanging in the shower. I immediately called the front desk to report it, but instead of offering a solution, I was told that “the cleaning crew hadn’t arrived yet”, even though I had already checked into the room. What was most frustrating was how dismissive the staff seemed about the issue. I had to be persistent just to get someone to come and clean the room. While it was eventually taken care of, the lack of urgency and professionalism was disappointing. Cleanliness and basic hospitality should never be overlooked, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of what I expect from the Hampton/Hilton brand. I hope this is addressed to prevent similar situations for future guests.

Shower door on handle side wouldn’t open. Had to reach from other side and get wet trying to turn on shower. Missing mouldings everywhere, worn out light shades, dirty carpets. Filty luggage carts. Picked the cleanest one and it was still nasty. Internet cable bundles running down the hallways like this is a 3rd world country. Had booked for 2 nights, so bad we ended up checking out early. Haven’t had to do that in years.
