This place never disappoints. Great staff and always such a great atmosphere. The bar and food are also great. Stay and you won't be disappointed.

The staff was incredible, from the hotel porters , front desk attendants ( especially DJ) the man with the bright A&M blazer doing balloon art, the food and beverage folks and especially Joel Luce in the garage parking unit who was able to find my wife’s purse that she lost in the garage.. Our Granddaughter Jose Sternat was treated like royalty by everyone. Thank you again everyone for your ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ efforts in making our trip so enjoyable. Stephen Sternat

I stayed there for three days for a business conference. Bartender woman was rude just to start of with. The front desk cannot handle large groups. You submit your paperwork. They say they have it and then they dont, and you have to beg for your room to get cleaned while your staying there. After three phone calls for room service and almost end of the day your room gets cleaned Finally!. Accounting was a mess threaten to charge you again when I had exited out. Called and no apology finally decided to check and found out that I had paid and submitted what I needed to submit. No apology nothing.

Amazing! From the beautiful city, clean atmosphere, WONDERFUL team, this Hotel & Conference center there were no issues! Everything was flawless and hopeful to be back numerous times.

Our experience for the DFPS conference was amazing! I can’t rave enough about Jason Lo and how responsive and accommodating he has been as well as how kind and helpful all other hotel staff members were. I’m a Longhorn, but I’d recommend the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center as a great location for a conference. My only suggestion is to add a little burnt orange!

We stayed here for our son’s NSC and college tour! The pillows and beds were wonderful, the staff is great, and the location can’t be beat. We loved all of the Texas A&M photos in our room!

I understand there isn’t much the hotel can do about the train noise. I did appreciate the amenities offered to help address the issue. However, if you provide amenities such as a noise machine, please ensure they are functional. I also think it is important to have someone at the front desk available most of the time. I spent nearly an hour trying to reach the front desk to request a noise machine, but no one answered. When I finally got through to someone, the noise machine that was brought to me kept shutting off randomly. At times, it wouldn’t turn on at all, and when I did manage to get it started, it would change noises randomly and shut off again within five minutes. I attempted to call the front desk again, but no one answered. I eventually gave up. Moving forward, I’ve decided that this will be my first and last time staying at this hotel, and I will also advise my business colleagues to avoid this place. The facilities and rooms were very clean and well-maintained, but the lack of customer service is not worth it.
