Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport

The hotel is close to the airport but quite isolated from everything and there is nothing around the hotel. They charge for everything, not even a cup of coffee in the hotel lobby. Restaurant is onsite but that’s the only place you can eat. Again, nothing is around the hotel. No fee breakfast . Water in the tub was never kept. Facility is so old.. For the same price I paid, I could have stayed somewhere much better

Took more than an hour to check in! Ridiculous as we all had vouchers. Shuttle never showed up last night and late this morning. Kitchen can’t get breakfast out in an expedited manner. EXTREMELY disappointed in the brand

Cancelled flight 1045am to sarasota; after grueling morning of 3;30 am drive down mountain in dark blinding rain. Must stay till next day to get next flight 10AM. Sooo we must quickly choose hotel from Delta list. we are extensive world travelers and Radisson seemed only choice on list above **. Weelll. Hotel was newer with clean large lobby. So bizzare one gal Tien seemed so sweet and other lady was downright nasty to man in front of us. We backed off and waited for Tien @ 1:20 PM now. Husband want type room said we wait. We had no bags they went to sarasota. You can UBER to a walmart: which I despise but has everything to get you by 24 hours. They had little fridge and one cup coffe /tea in room. NO microwave. Good ice maker on floor. The bar/restaurant hours seem wonky? They have nice pantry you may not charge to room. Shuttle is every 1/2 hour and first come only 7 seats but great drivers. I believe the crazy different reviews must be R/T how many prisoners of airlines they trying to accommodate! There was no real bad weather and I think we were not many this day. We were in room by 2:45 :-) For price point I may even use this for quicky overnight to get flight on my own. That said it is by no means a Radisson as I am used to. More like **1/2 chain deal. The beds were comfy with OK pillows. Did have soap and stuff. Weird no where in big walk in shower to put stuff only on floor. YUCK!! Terrible lighting/ air fine. TV with no guide just channels. OK for 1 night. Did not try food as reviews were pretty awful on yelp and menu was $$$+.Just had stuff from Wmart. We had vouchers and had plan for big breakfast at airport. Note PF CHANGS is open for 3 meals and wonderful by Delta gates. Our room big, clean. Too many disgruntled , mean spoiled people being dumped here maybe. I mean we were booked first class but poopy happens! Staff were mostly just lovely!! Saw but not use pool/work out rooms. Where I'm from this room 300$ a night so..........

Took an hour to check in as only one person was on duty. Room smelled like mildew and wet towels. Lounge/ restaurant was never open to serve food. The times on opening were incorrect all around. Staff was rude. There are many hotels around here choose another one and save yourself some frustration.

Front desk girl was rude. Aranksha was her name. When we arrived, service was way too slow and the rudeness was on top of that. Do not go here!!

Great experience! Will definitely be back if I’m in Atlanta. Akanksha was very helpful and really helped make my whole experience better! Beautiful rooms
