Check in was a little slow but the staff member was super nice and apologetic.
The facility was very clean and modern. Plenty of free parking.
The Bowties bar staff service was amazing and the food was really good and moderately priced.
The location is right off the exit of the interstate, however, the airport is across the interstate and you can hear some planes depart/land on the front side more than the back side, otherwise this a great property.

The room was very close to the runway, and the soundproofing was insufficient, making it quite noisy. I recommend avoiding rooms facing the north runway, but I overcame that problem after one night.
The floor in the room was sticky. While the cleanliness seemed okay on the surface, the details were quite poor, and the bedding was worn. Elevator facilities in most US hotels are quite old. The value for money in terms of facilities and service is not comparable to those in China.

Tried to book on line after my plane was diverted and missed my connection. Arrived at hotel around 1:30am only to find no reservation. The desk associate (Kamesha) was really busy (divertion affected lots of people due to weather) but she handled everyone with a smile and great attitude!!! I got a room in no time and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again should the occasion arise!! Thank you very much Kamesha😁

Check in online was easy and intuitive. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff was pleasant and accommodated my request to be as far from the elevators as possible, which was greatly appreciated. All of the staff encountered were helpful and pleasant. Only slight issues-hot water took several minutes in the shower and bathroom door would not stay open. I had to jimmy the door hinge with one of the bottles of product they provide. Other than that, a/c was full cold and room was clean. Only food options within walking distance nearby is a McDonald’s.
