The staff is very friendly, but it is not quiet at night. The sound insulation of the floors is poor. It is obvious that there is movement upstairs. Some tenants are of poor quality and stay up late at night. They step heavily and make a lot of noise.

Heads up!!!!!!!
Check-in we crazy. Didn't have my room got to the 3rd floor and the key didn't work. So three flights of stairs I'll go back down with luggage. Then I get into a room that was dirty TV don't work didn't have a phone. As for help they say they were going to fix it but nothing. Worst place ever

IF YOURE NOT PAYING NEARLY A $100 DIFFERENCE FOR A “DELUXE” ROOM THEIR STANDARD ROOMS ARE HORRIBLE !! Roach infested moldy smelling rooms. Racial profiling by the Hotel management. Lie to you about going to send “maintenance” to fix the issue. Towels get left outside on the concrete in puddles from the AC LEAKING. OLDDDD TVS NO WORKING CABLE. WIFI IS TRASH. THE BUILDING AT THE BACK HAD ROACHES CRAWLING IN MY BED. WATCH THE CAMERAS LIKE THEIR LIFE DEPEND ON IT.
