The restaurant is overpriced for such a shockingly amount of disgusting combinations of food. Ice cream & crab? No thank you. We left hungry. The chef must think the more ingredients overcompensate for lack of talent. The silverware and plates were kind of cool, bumping the review up to 2 stars. Stay away, far far away.

Hôtel agréable et calme , le restaurant est plutôt gastronomique nous avons bien mangé. Dans l’ensemble les prix sont plutôt élevés et le pire est le petit déjeuner ou le moindre café verre d’eau ou jus d’orange en plus vous seront facturés, pas classe dans un lieu qui veut se prêtent haut de gamme .

Easily the best restaurant on the entire island. We always eat at the finest restaurants in Grand Case but this surpasses them all. We’ve come every year for the past 14 years. La Villa Hibiscus has been here for 3 and is a must visit. You will not be disappointed!

From the friendly staff, to the exquisite food, to the beautiful rooms I’d give this one 10 stars. We joined another couple who’d already been there a few days. Let’s start with the rooms. Each of ours was so smartly organized with views of the lake, beautiful sleeping areas and patios for reading or having morning coffee. The bed was large and super comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculately clean and spacious. There’s a sweet little pool tucked away among the rooms. We had both dinner and breakfast here. We enjoyed some signature cocktails with friendly Thomas. Dinner was delicious and creative, served with friendly and knowledgable Alexandra. The staff was friendly and helped us pair wines with all of our different food choices. We are all a bunch of foodies and each of us were thrilled with our choices. Breakfast, with more friendly staff, fresh pastries and scrambled eggs was also a dining delight. We will definitely stay here again!

Un petit havre de paix et de paradis. Nous avions opté pour la suite Nacré avec le Jacuzzi et la petite terrasse vue sur la Baie une pépite! Literie confortable personnel agréable suite luxueuse et très grande bien aménagée! Petit déjeuner continental très copieux

The absolute best experience! From dining to the hospitality experience everything about this property was excellent. A beautiful french villa tucked away in Mont Vernon, come here to be transported to a dreamy & peaceful oasis. The chef prepares some of the best food I have ever had & hands down will be your best meal on the entire island. The staff couldn't be warmer & friendlier. This will be the ONLY place I stay when visiting St. Maarten.

Le niveau a bien baissé. Vraiment ! Et le service est lamentable. Un d’entre nous a du aller chercher son cocktail au bar. Nous sommes loin de la prestation du pic paradis. Rien d’original, rien ne vous émeut.
