This is a beautifully restored and repurposed abbey providing a hotel in a wonderful setting. It is about 30 minutes drive south of Perugia and well situated to visit such gems as Assisi, Spello, Montefalco, Spoleto, Todi and many others. The lush countryside gave us access to some spectacular landscape, vineyards and olive groves. We stayed for ten days and ate in the hotel restaurant each night. The food was excellent and the menu changed each evening. Georgio helped us choose really good wines from the extensive selection, without breaking the bank. Other staff made us more than welcome showing great humour and warmth - we really enjoyed their company. We need to mention especially Angela, Lorrie, Paulo, Mario, Alessandro, Francesco, Luigi, Sylvia and reception staff. We miss them all.

Just had the most wonderful holiday spent at this hotel. Set in a beautiful , quiet location with good access to the surrounding places to visit. The whole staff team were fabulous, with any requests always cheerfully granted. They really are the best!!! The accommodation was great, and every night we looked forward to our evening meal in the restaurant, and were never disappointed. No tourist menu here. Absolutely loved it and was very sad to leave.
