Outstanding customer service
The hotel is extremely nice, as it appears from the photo but for me the service was just incredible. Everyone in the team is incredibly nice and well trained - we felt very special throughout our stay. Gracias Pilar and team - I can’t wait to be back

Lo mejor de La Torre son "mis Chicas": María, Sara, Lis, Gaby, Lucía, Bea, Carmen, siempre atentas, sonrientes, súper amables, te hacen sentir incluso mejor que en tu propia casa... sin olvidar Maruso, por supuesto. Hemos pasado ahí nuestro aniversario de boda en julio y hemos repetido para mi cumpleaños la semana pasada mi marido y yo. Esta antigua casona de sierra remodelada es ideal para desconectar y recargar baterías, faltan hasta motivos para asomarse a la calle. Desayuno casero y abundante rodeados de árboles, flores, un aire puro y el canto de los pajaritos. Descanso en la piscina y/o vuelta en bici por el campo, almuerzo y cena en el jardín o la terraza, amenizados por los platos fusión de Lucía. Y, sin duda, se duerme de lujo... (estuvimos alojados en la pequeña suite, que fue antiguamente una capilla, con su porche particular). Gracias a todas, volveremos en cuanto podamos.

Genial! El hotel es muy bonito y muy bien decorado. Muy pocas habitaciones que te hacen sentir como en casa. Excelente para una escapada desde Madrid. Las habitaciones amplias y muy cuidadas. El desayuno muy bien y además el restaurante KOMA de 10. Sin duda volveremos

Coqueto hotel rural con detalles muy positivos, atención exquisita, cuidadas instalaciones, un agradable restaurante (con carta y menú degustación) y algunos aspectos a mejorar. Nos alojamos en la Suite Torre y nos encantó. Está dividida en dos plantas: en la parte de abajo se encuentra el baño con ducha y el lavabo, lo más cutre de la habitación, un armario ropero, la cama muy cómoda y un bonito espejo; en la parte de arriba hay un agradable sofá y una bañera exenta. Las vistas desde aquí de la sierra son increíbles. Muy buena insonorización de la habitación y muy buena climatización. Como aspecto a mejorar más notable el baño. Rompe completamente con el buen gusto de la habitación y parece más una cabina de avión o un baño portátil. Además, el lavabo es mínimo, por lo que resulta poco funcional e incómodo. El desayuno nos encantó. Muy rico, amplio y bien atendido. Las zonas comunes del hotel incluyen una piscina exterior repleta de tumbonas y un Spa, que estaba cerrado por ser verano. El aparcamiento exterior es gratuito y el wifi funciona bien. Cuenta con diferentes salas repletas de obras de arte y catálogos de la misma temática. Volveremos para disfrutar de su spa y probar otros platos de la carta.
