The single room is smaller than expected, but overall it is quite satisfactory. It is close to the station and the lake. The service attitude of the front desk is good. The breakfast is also rich! It is delicious! The only drawback is that the wifi has been unable to connect on the second night, so there is no way to use the network.

beware , the beautiful resort photo is a fake . the actual is shown . we paid for a lakeside resort we got a 3 star hotel beside the main road with no view and small old rooms . i appreciate the 1 day refund but we didn’t really get any sleep on our roadside room with so much traffic noise , the toilet and shower was too small . and please don’t say it’s not your photo , it’s very obvious - just apologise and offer a full refund

Manage your expectations, in fact lower them! Friendly staff and bed room was okay but small and not completely stocked. Costly to upgrade to a better view fortunately spring so some views through the trees. Breakfast is really poor lots of cake ( desserts from previous nights dinner menu) fried ham strips, fried oily eggs laid out and a bowl of scrambled eggs. The dried figs and dates were good though 🙄… Evening meals were okay basic menu, and the wine tasting is basically 3 glasses of wine. A joke really! … welll would be funny if we hadn’t paid for it. Note to the wise… Check your bill carefully…the locals are unfriendly and clearly do not like people who do not look like them! Simply avoid lots of choice elsewhere.

Publicidad engañosa , este hotel NO puede ser 4 estrellas . Pésimas dependencias y habitaciones ( poco funcionales y de higiene dudosa). Nos retiramos 1 día antes de lo presupuestado, sin que a nadie le importara. Desayuno muy básico , con huevos fríos y bolleria msla calidad
