beware , the beautiful resort photo is a fake . the actual is shown . we paid for a lakeside resort we got a 3 star hotel beside the main road with no view and small old rooms . i appreciate the 1 day refund but we didn’t really get any sleep on our roadside room with so much traffic noise , the toilet and shower was too small . and please don’t say it’s not your photo , it’s very obvious - just apologise and offer a full refund

Sono un’agente di viaggi e ho portato un gruppo. Non scrivo mai recensioni ma quest’hotel merita davvero. Ne giriamo di hotel ma quello che abbiamo trovato qui non l’ho mai trovato. Attenzione al cliente, cortesia, gentilezza. Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione. La cena era così buona e abbondante che il mio gruppo ha pensato di partecipare ad un matrimonio ! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente
