I chose this motel based on the reviews, but I suspect there has been a change of ownership or something. The website says, "From complimentary breakfast to free Wi-Fi…", but there is no breakfast. When we pointed this out, the owner just said, "no breakfast". No apology, no plan to update the website, nada. There was only regular coffee in the room, no decaf. Answer, "no decaf". Tissue box empty in the bathroom. Answer, "no tissues". The cover was off the thermostat, but that didn't matter because the heater didn't work. Thankfully, instead of "no heater", they gave us a plug-in electric heater. It's just as well, because otherwise I might not have discovered that the power ***** the frig was plugged into was off. So, frig not cold, either. Yet there were little touches (hooks on the bathroom wall, for example) that seemed to indicate that somebody used to care. I suspect it's been sold and the new owners are not up to the job. And a few things that probably couldn't be helped - road noise and thin walls. Anyway, we won't be returning.
