Initially refered ro a single room though I HD booked a double room.
Later corrected after my intervention.
Poor customer care at reception.
Noisy music late into the night from the pub..
Cut my stay to one night instead if two nights.

Worst hotel i have syayed in. Couldnt find where to check in, bar staff sent me to room but wasnt sure where it was. Roo. Was dirty and flooded in one corner..cardboard taped over a broken window, mouldy shower.

The room was immaculate, bigger than assumed, comfortable bed, locals were lovely, great staff, there are renavatuons going on at the moment so no food but have no doubt if there had of been it would have been great, but there were plenlty of places to eat within a short walking distance. Lovely local area. Cant fault it and will definitely stay again!!

Would’ve been an excellent stay all round but when I got there I was informed that there was a disco on until midnight so may hear some noise. Thought ok shouldn’t be too loud. However the bed was literally vibrating from the base of the music and extremely loud.
