Lovely village location, very quiet not within walking distance though of any amenities. WiFi was hit and miss, small size rooms, with 3 tv channels which kept loosing picture, tea and coffee provided but don't expect sugar. Was unaware that the downstairs pub/restaurant only opened Friday-Sunday, so had to find somewhere after we arrived to go and eat. Also breakfast only served for 1 hour 9 to 10am but good menu choice, but not ideal if ypu want an early start, friendly staff. Parking on the road,

We absolutely loved staying here. Americans coming in after a week in London to enjoy the countryside with our family, 2 kids, loved having a safe cozy place to land each night. The owner/chef is very gracious with the accommodations and the food is exquisite. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast each morning with plenty of options for us and the kids. Ovi, the manager was very personable with the best lattes each morning and drinks at the bar each night. We loved it and will def be back again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful first time in the Cotswolds. We felt very much at home here.

Comfy bed and lovely breakfast but so many things could be better with a little thought. There was a small rickety table with a coffee machine on but no instructions. The Internet was so bad you couldn't even get the instructions up to see how it worked. Get rid of the coffee machine and table and replace it with drawers so at least there would be somewhere to put your clothes and not leave them in the bag. Our room wasn't serviced so came back to an unmade bed, over flowing bin and no milk etc.

I had a reservation and sadly couldn't stay due to needing to return home to hospital . Called the hotel and Nick said he was sorry and he couldn't refund but would rebook our stay . Dates agreed and he said he booked the last room , so we booked and a stay that part of the country so we could refine to Cotswolds . Didn't hear a confirmation , so I call no answer . Emailed and get a reply sorry unable to hook this now . Just felt very disappointed from at the time of distress and upset and then they go back on what's said . Emails not replied to . Calls not answered . Very bad customer service

Had a good evening once sorted out that kitchen was shut on Sundays which is on their website but it wasn’t on the booking site we went through, then we didn’t get two separate beds which we booked instead we got a double.
Other than that we had a good time talking to the owner and their mum
