The public areas of the hotel are quite unique. However, the hotel is relatively old, the bedding in the guest rooms is poor, basically at a three-star level, and the bathroom is even worse, maybe equivalent to a two-star level. We joke that 5 stars means these two stars plus three stars equal 5 stars. So the price is very unworthy of the room. And due to the design of the hotel, most rooms do not have windows for ventilation. The hotel is very close to the Salt Lake, but the town is not too far from the hotel. In short, the distance is not worth the price.

Super hotel, ¡realmente genial! Nos encantaron las paredes de sal dentro del hotel y el techo de sal en la habitación. El personal es súper amable y atento. ¡Se puede cambiar dinero directamente en la recepción, súper práctico! Se puede ir a caminar por el desierto de sal. Hay un gran parque infantil con diferentes juegos geniales, una rueda de la fortuna y trampolines. ¡El cóctel de café Baileys es increíblemente delicioso! La ducha en la habitación necesita ser renovada, la presión del agua debe ser más fuerte. La zona de spa con las dos saunas es excelente, ¡especialmente la sauna de vapor! ¡El personal del spa es súper amable! Parece que estuvimos en una época con poca afluencia, por eso las 6 tumbonas fueron más que suficientes. Me imagino que en temporada alta no bastarán las tumbonas, pero según mi opinión, aún hay espacio para al menos 2 más. Y una cosa que llevaría la zona de spa y todo el hotel al siguiente nivel: ¡por favor, instalen un techo de vidrio en el spa para poder ver el cielo estrellado! ¡Eso sería lo máximo!

Horrible de lo peor, la atención pésima y lo único es que te sacan dinero de todo. Te ofrecen una estadía maravillosa y lo que dan es de lo peor. Los empleados mal educados, los servicios de pésima calidad. No tienes seguridad en la habitación entran a cualquier hora y se llevaron mis cosas. Mi consejo no se hospeden en ese hotel y tampoco en Los jardines de Uyuni

El hotel de lo peor muy caro te cobra de todo y no te da nada, el cuarto sucio y sin calefacción me sacaron mis cosas de la habitación y nadie hace caso a tus reclamos lo único que les importa es el dinero y que les pagues aunque no consumas nada en el hotel

Me encanto el Hotel, las habitaciones muy lindas, el paisaje desde el jardin con el atardecer, las instalaciones de primera, mencion especial para el SPA, muy lindas las piscinas y el sauna, el baño de sal, y espectacular la atencion de Camila y Laura tanto la profesionalidad de los masajes , como la atencion y lo agradable que hacen sentir al huesped, muy recomendable!!! What an interesting place to stay. Beautifully presented hotel. Staff were lovely. For me the buffet was disappointing, but the breakfast omelet was great. Small double beds were a shock after a month of travel sleeping in huge beds. Our shower was hot then cold and we were in a upgrade room

Hotel appena fuori dal salar Location formidabile Ristorazione e colazione da migliorare . Ottima la soluzione della piscina riscaldata . Letti piccoli . Arredamento camere sufficiente . Locali comuni molto belli . Nel complesso però da consigliare ( considerando le strutture di questo posto )
