The public areas of the hotel are quite unique. However, the hotel is relatively old, the bedding in the guest rooms is poor, basically at a three-star level, and the bathroom is even worse, maybe equivalent to a two-star level. We joke that 5 stars means these two stars plus three stars equal 5 stars. So the price is very unworthy of the room. And due to the design of the hotel, most rooms do not have windows for ventilation. The hotel is very close to the Salt Lake, but the town is not too far from the hotel. In short, the distance is not worth the price.

O local é lindo, atendentes atenciosos, comida gostosa, spa fraco e demora na limpeza do quarto, falta uma cortina de blackout Marcamos uma massagem no spa (da que era mais forte, pois estávamos com dores musculares), a massagem foi muito fraca! Não vale o preço, e as profissionais ficaram passando creme e alisando, não gostei nada! Enquanto isso, saímos do quarto para o café da manhã antes do spa, e deixamos a placa para ser limpo. Depois que voltamos da massagem fomos ao quarto e ele estava revirado, com apenas a roupa de cama bagunçada na cama. Chamamos a moça que limpa os quartos e ela disse que iriam arrumar. (Nos pareceu que eles começaram a limpar e não acabaram). Não tiraram taças sujas, as toalhas estavam c manchas de graxa e a porta do Box não encaixava! Demoraram mais de 2 horas para limpar o quarto e liberarem ele pra nós. Além disso, falta uma cortina de blackout pois era 6 hs da manhã e já estávamos acordados por causa da iluminação no quarto.

WOW es un espectaculo de hotel!!!! La gente muy amable y siempre te reciben con una sonrisa. Las habitaciones son un arte al igual que el hotel, un arte en sal. De ahi tomamos un tour con ello, y el guia Omar, fantastico, nos hizo vivir una gran experiencia en el solar. Fuimos al spa, y la experiecia Chaska, fue el cierre con broche de oro para unos dias fantasticos en Uyuni

The customer service was amazing! Joyce and Mauricio were excellent, very attentive and breakfast was good! I will recommend to anyone. There is a pool to enjoy and beautiful views . You can also book tours through them. Thank you for everything!

A very beautiful and unique hotel in a stunning location. Room was large and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Unique open spaces for socializing. Features a pool and spa and a very nice bar with pool table. Recommended as a luxury place to stay in the salt desert.

First class all the way. The hotel, staff, service, were all excellent. Even the domed ceilings were mad from salt bricks. The place was amazing to say the least, and the amenities, outstanding. The only issue I had, and this is minor and only for cyclists, is that I rented a bike to ride on the flats, and their bikes were poorly maintained. They assured me the problem would be taken care of.
