Esperoencia ruim
Dentro do esperado, porem, cama do quarto bem apertada no ambiente e muito barulho de malas passando na frente ainda de nadrugada de pessoas fazendo checkout. Quarto na pasagem. Tivemos um incidente e o dono do hotel, Franciscoz foi muito infeliz e deselegante na conducao.

Reserve una habitación por la página del Hotel , me envían la confirmación de reserva donde aparece el valor total a cancelar y te piden una tarjeta para cobrar dicho monto, pero resulta que al hacer el cobro agregan el 19% del IVA, cosa que en todo momento que estas haciendo el tramite de reserva nunca aparece el importe del total a pagar, te hacen pensar que el valor que estas haciendo la reserva ya contiene el IVA. Al hablar con la recepcionista del Hotel me dice que tienen muchos reclamos por este motivo ya que en la confirmación de reserva tampoco se nombra y aparece el importe de IVA.

Santa Cruz é uma cidade pequena, então tudo é perto. O hotel fica bem localizado para quem está de carro. Rapidinho se chega às vinícolas ou restaurantes. Adoramos a experiência de dormir em uma barrica de vinhos! Muito diferente! Claro que não dá para se esperar um quarto enorme e nem faria sentido. Aqui o que vale é a peculiaridade. De qualquer forma, a cama é confortável, há mesas de cabeceira com tomadas em um dos lados e garrafa de água (não tem frigobar). Embora não tenha guarda-roupa, há um pequeno armário na parede com um minicofre e cabideiro. O banheiro é bem espaçoso e tem aquecedor para as toalhas, o que foi ótimo no frio de 6 graus que pegamos nas noites. Ele ficava bem gelado, mas o chuveiro é bom e tem água bem quente. O quarto ficava com temperatura ótima ligando o ar-condicionado como aquecedor. Acho que com no verão deve ser mais interessante se hospedar porque dá para aproveitar a linda piscina e as massagens que oferecem por cerca de 45 mil pesos. Não fizemos com receio de passar frio! O café da manhã tem diversas opções gostosas e também adoramos o restaurante no jantar. Tudo muito bem feito e ótimo serviço! Recomendo!

Excelente lugar para el descanso y el disfrute con amigos y familia, se pasó lo lindo y acogedor del lugar, inmerso en el valle más imponente de Chile. 100% recomendable. El restaurante con platos exquisitos y muy buena presentación y preparación, los tragos muy bien preparados y la atención excelente!.

Todo perfecto, el lugar es único, rodeado de viñedos y naturaleza. Las habitaciones increíbles, unas barricas llenas de historia, su restaurant también 10 de 10 y la atención más que excelente, toda una experiencia, volvería a ir sin duda!!
