Zeer gezellig, groot luxe resort met animatie voor jong en oud. In dit resort vind je echt alles, er is voor elk wat wils. Ook een grote verscheidenheid aan thema restaurants, winkeltjes, een juwelier enz... Er is ook een medische post met bekwame verpleging en een bekwame arts. Club Grand Side zou ik aan iedereen willen aanraden.

Really nice resort! I wish the staff spoke a little more English, but that did not affect our stay. The amazon water world is great, specially if you travel with kids.

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, das Personal freundlich, Essen und Getränke gut. Der eigene Strandabschnitt war ordentlich und die Amazon Water World ein Erlebnis. Es gibt Animationsprogramm, an dem man teilnehmen kann, jedoch auch Abschnitt der Ruhe

Otel ***et iyi.Yemekleri,alanları sağladığı imkanlar ***er güzel.Lakin Türk müşterilere gerken ilginin verilmediğini düşünüyorum.Özellikle animatör ekip tarafından.Yetersiz animasyonlar küçük çaplı yarışmalar bence otele yakışmıyor.Halbuki benim aklıma bile türlü türlü fikirler geliyor.Ekip oteli çok yanlış kullanıyor ve türklere çok ilgisizler.Özellikle ismini vermek istemiyorum ama iki türk animatör kızlardan hiç pozitif enerji alamadık.Bakışlar olsun tavırlar olsun.Otelden ayrılırken bile yabancı animatör arkadaşlar sağolsun hemen geri gelin gibisinden uğurlama bile yaptı.Ama bizim türk ekibinin kendini beğenmiş ve ilgisiz tavrı hiç hoşumuza gitmedi.Ali arkadaşımı hariç tutuyorum ***et güleryüzlü.Bunun haricinde otelle ilgili bir sorun yok ***et eğlenip yemek yiyip huzur bulacağınız bir yer.Ama giderken türkler olarak geri planda hissetmiş dönmeye hazır olun.Teşekkürler.

18 /24 Ağustos arası 6 gün konakladığımız otelimizden çok memnun kaldık. Tüm personel güler yüzlü ve çalışkandı.Barmen İlknur Atalay'a ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.Havuzlar temiz ve eglenceliydi, odalar temiz ve yemekler lezzetliydi.Restorandaki aşçılar sürekli dolaşıp her şeyi kontrol ediyordu.Deniz hem sığ hem kumdu tam çocuklara göreydi denize gidilen yol ağaçlık ve dinlendiriciydi.Otelimize girisimizden cikisimiza kadar bizimle ilgilenen tüm personele teşekkür ederiz .Seneye görüşmek dileğiyle...

Tesisin oda temizliği ve yemekleri çok güzel. Günlük aktivitiler çok iyi. Havuz alanları çok güzel ve temiz. Amazon havuzu harika. Tesi ile ilgili tek olumsuz yorumum Ana bar dışında bira harici alkol olmaması. Tesis çok geniş ve kokteyl içmek isterseniz amazon havuzu kullanmayınız. Tesis sahibinin kendi çiftliği varmış bundan dolayı gerçekten et ve et ürünleri harika.

We enjoyed every part of our stay. Hotel staff were very friendly, smiley and so fast with every our request. Our family room was very nice, resort was clean, and well equipped. Kids loved Amazon water world and wild river, I also enjoyed wellnes and perfect massage and the food was delicious too. Great location and lots of possibility shopping around.

Das Hotel hält was es verspricht. Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gibt zu dem Mittagessen Buffet eine weiter Möglichkeit zum Essen dort hat man die Auswahl zwischen Pizza, Nudeln, Burger und Reibeplätzchen, dass hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Am Abend gab es immer ein sehr großes Buffet. Dort war für jeden etwas dabei. Jeder Abend hatte ein anderes Thema so gab es zusätzlich zum Buffet italienische Speise oder Sushi etc. Wir waren als Pärchen eine Woche dort und für uns war es eine toller Urlaub. Man hatte viele Aktivitäts Möglichkeiten. Angefangen von Wellenbad, Rutschen und der Spielhalle. Zusätzlich wurde am Tag Volleyball angeboten, Darts und Luftgewehr schießen. Am Abend gab es immer Programm z.B eine Zauber Show. Auch entspannen war durchaus möglich. Es gibt einen ruhe Pool, außerdem kann man verschieden Anwendung im Spa nutzen. Den einzigen Kritikpunkt für uns war dass das WLAN sehr langsam war und manchmal gar nicht funktioniert hat.

Süper bir tatildi. Kahvaltıda çeşit yok diye bir yorum okudum. Adamların çiftliği olduğu için süt ürünleri, peynir, et ürünleri, yumurta seçenekleri pek çoktu. Gouda, emmental, mozzerella… bol bol mevcuttu. Personel süperdi. Oda temizliği 10 numaraydı. Akşam yemekleriyle ilgili tek eleştirim Meksika gecesinde keşke meksika yemeklerinin nasıl yapıldığını öğrenselerdi. Sahil ve deniz tertemiz. Tavsiye ederim.
