Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at this hotel because the receptionist could not find a reservation. As a qualified hotel and tourism management specialist, I can therefore only report my experiences of the first impression and the "service", if you can call it that, of the front office team. When I wanted to check in and was told that there was no booking, I explained to the receptionist that the booking had been made at very short notice and that there was perhaps no reservation in the hotel system, so I presented the voucher from which the booking was shown in Turkish. I then received the answer that the hotel did not work with trip.com. As my cell phone battery was empty, I asked the hotel staff to call them and clarify the matter. The receptionist was apparently not interested in that. In the end, I was asked to leave the hotel because there was apparently no reservation. In addition to the generally rather dingy first impression, the incompetence of the hotel staff is particularly striking. Customer care or service management has never been heard of in this hotel. I have personally helped several hotel professionals pass their exams as a trainer in the hotel or as a university lecturer in hotel and tourism management... so I would like to rate the hotel's services as inadequate or more than inadequate. I had to find another hotel for that night and had additional costs for the transfer. It would be better not to let such staff loose on the guest, because they have never heard of hospitality or the so-called spirit of hospitality. I think it's a shame that such people even work in my industry and thus contribute to damaging the reputation and image of the entire hotel industry. If you have some experience and speak several languages, it may be easy to resolve the situation and find alternative accommodation, but what does a grandmother traveling alone do if she is thrown out of a hotel in a foreign country and doesn't speak the language? I wouldn't recommend anyone to book here. Even if it is a cheap three-star hotel, the service you receive is worth zero stars. In the hotel industry, businesses differentiate themselves mainly through their staff or personal hotel service... this hotel has more than missed this opportunity. Читали отзывы перед выбора отеля, но не думали, что всё настолько плохо. Еды мало, на всех не хватает. В ресторане вода из кулера пахнет хлоркой. Газированных напитков нет. Чай отвратительный, кофе так себе. Но это не главное. На обед только соевые котлетки (по вкусу вообще не понятно что это, люди называют это тефтельками, наггетсами, котлетами из песенки). На ужин ещё бывает курица (либо голени, либо не грудка, а наоборот спинка, где нет почти мяса). Фруктов или ягод нет вообще. Хотя сейчас сезон. Ходят легенды, что раньше давали арбуз. Картофельное пюре порошковое. Пирожные одного вида и они заканчиваются в первые двадцать минут. Говорят, что больше нет. Остаются печеньки, пропитанные сиропом (не медом, как обычно). Нутелла была пару дней и пропала. Тарелки и приборы грязные. Стаканчики только бумажные, чтобы не обжечься кофе, приходится брать по два. Из салатов зелень, огурцы, помидоры и редька в разных сочетаниях между собой. Мы с друзьями из ресторана уходили голодные (выручал Мигрос рядом). При уборке только подметают пол, унитаз и раковину не моют. Анимация жуткая. Толстый неповоротливый аниматор. Неинтересно и местами пошловато. Музыка орет днём и ещё громче вечером. Лучше бы она звучала фоном. Вода горячая непостоянно. Шампунь в дозаторе. Шатл на море ездит раз в час. Последний рейс с пляжа в 16.30, хочется погреться подольше. На пляже тени мало, так как не зонты, а тряпки сверху и двух кусков не хватает. Море прекрасно, оно скрашивает весь негатив. Пешком до моря 15 мин.

Отдыхала с мамой. С 19 августа по 4 сентября. Нас со второго раза пересилили в другой номер, но рускоговорящая девушка не сообщив об этом уборщицам подставила и всячески вела себя отвратительно. Мы с мамой уехали на пляж, а в это время уборщицы зашли в номер и подумали, что все сумки, которые были в шкафу оставили предыдущие гости (хотя они весь день до вечера находились в отеле) уборщицы якобы не заметив чемодана в шкафу, а только несколько сумок взяли их и выкинули при этом они съели еду из холодильника, ковырялись в сумках и когда поняли, что не смогут снять деньги с банковской карты отдали её на ресепшн. Уборщицы нарушили международный закон по туризму!!! В случае если туристы что-то оставили, то они должны были абсолютно всё отдать на ресепшн, а затем уже представителю компаний. Когда нам отдали банковкую карту естественно мы пошли смотреть наши вещи. В итоге что-то нам вернули, но не всё, когда мы стали просить на ресепшн вернуть остальное, то отправили только дедушку на мусорку, который не знал, как выглядят наши вещи. В итоге мы сами нашли наши вещи, которые дорого стоят в том числе там были наши дорогие лекарства. Когда мы сами на мусорке искали наши вещи руководство отеля приходили посмотреть на нас и просто смеялись. Нас это очень сильно обидело поэтому мы вызвали полицию. В итоге они удалили камеры видеонаблюдения и девушку свидетеля, которая видела сколько было у нас сумок её спрятали и только, когда полиция ушла она вышла. В итоге мы заставили при полиции написать расписку о том, что они должны купить маме кроссовки, которые украли. В итоге через неделю маме вернули кроссовки, но в них ходили и стельки были сильно изношены. Я надеюсь, что умные люди прочитают мой отзыв и сделают правильные выводы. По мимо нас очень часто у кого воровали и полиция переодически приезжала в этот отель. На всех сайтах старая информация и старые фото. Еда очень сильно плохая. Посуду очень плохо мыли, где был чай, то он очень сильно плохой как выпила этот чай, то мне хотелось блевать.
