Geweldige tijd gehad. Eten was ook heerlijk. Ging wel elke ochtend optijd naar het zwembad, anders had je geen bedje. Personeel was helemaal top. Met speciale dank aan Gülner Atabay voor haar glimlach en fantastische bediening. Zou het iedereen aan kunnen raden. En gezelligheid moet je ook een beetje zelf maken. Bedankt,Side Star Resort👍👍👍

Just had a week at this wonderful hotel. This is our first trip to Turkey and we will definitely be back. The hotel is absolutely immaculate. We found the staff nice and friendly. We left a tip after table service after our evening meals (200 lira) and staff were very grateful. Elsewhere - the pool is excellent and the beach a short walk away. Our room (standard sea view) was smart and clean. Fridge was refilled every day which is a real plus (includes Efes beer and popular pop like Fanta, Sprite and Coca-Cola). Overall simply a great hotel and we would definitely return 😊

Şu an sabah 7 de otele geldik ve otel maalesef temizlik bakımından sınıfta kaldı. Balın uzerinde ölü sinek görmem ile başladı facia. Otele yeni giriş yapcaz saat su an 11.30 oda verilemiyor. Lobide her yerde sinekler uçuşuyor. Bardaklar ortak alanda pis hijyen sıfır. Henuz odayı görmedim. Gittiğim tüm otelleri arar oldum. Maalesef sinfita kaldı 4 günü burda nasıl gecirecegimi düşünüyorum :(

Well it’s safe to say we will not be returning to Side Star resort again. In all the years I have visited Turkey I have never experienced rudeness like we have on this visit. The reception/guest relations staff were unbelievably rude and the bar staff just pure ignorant and disrespectful. The pool areas are typical sunbed wars as you would expect from a hotel that clearly caters for German tourists. The main restaurant was extremely unorganised and the table service for the drinks was shockingly poor, It had even resulted to me tipping as I went in to the restaurant just to get a drink. I feel I need to exclude the spa staff from these comments as these were great and the service was as expected, also the catering staff at the pool bar were helpful and polite in my opinion. Nothing like the bar staff! On a positive note the hotel was kept clean and tidy, the pool was clean and the garden areas spotless. This is such a shame as I have visited many areas in Turkey and have never experienced rudeness like I did at this resort, maybe if I had a German accent my experience would have been different? Just my honest opinion. Still I thank the staff that were polite and helpful but sadly we will not be returning.

Brilliant hotel really clean good amenities. Make sure to bring all needed as buying in shop is very expensive ie aftersun cheap brand was £9 when questioned he took product back and said good bye cause I said was expensive.

First the positives. Hotel beautifu. Lot of sunbed, staff helping found sunbed if there is none. Older guy always helpful woth the sunbeds. Beach amazing. Outdoor staff very good, bar staff, waiting staff, cleaners all working very hard. Now the negatives. After 7 nights relised that we have so many bites and that was bed bug bites, we got new room exactly next to room with bed bugs. We didn't agree to this room and asked for diffrent building. We been told that room in the 4th floor is READY so we agreed to that. We moved there and found dirty floor, nails on the floor, then staff said that room wasn't completely ready for us, so why said before that is READY? Because bed bugs all our staff been took to laundry, proffesional laundry should know how to clean clothes. 1 of my sons expensive hoodie been destroyed, and of course didn't get money back because they said is too expensive. After bed bugs bites we had allergy reaction and had to go to doctor and get stron tablets to help us unfortunately they made us feel not well so we needed chamge the tablets. Food most of the time cold and the same. Nights in he hotel are very boring. Been in diffrent turkish hotels and this one is no more than 3 star hotel. Forgot to mention that most of outdoor umbrellas are very mouldy. Julia from guest relation desk amazing women, she tried do her best for us but unfortunately nothing couldn't make us better on our second week of holliday. My anxiety gone very high after this holliday amd I dnt know when again I will go for any all inclusive holliday.

Die Anlage und der Service des Hotels sind wirklich sehr schön. An jeder Ecke bekommt man ein freundliches Lächeln Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir waren im Familienzimmer mit Meerblick. Die Aufteilung war gut, natürlich nicht sonderlich modern, aber gut ausgestattet. Sogar die Minibar wurde täglich im Rahmen von AI aufgefüllt. Das Essen im Mainrestaurant war reichlich und gut. Für die Kinder gab es ein extra Kinderbuffet. Es ist jeder satt geworden. Auch Mittags an der Snackbar gab es gute Auswahl. Gleich in der Nähe, rechts die Straße runter ca 10 Min gibt es eine kleine Einkaufsstraße- dort findet man alles was das Türkei-Shopping-Feeling mit sich bringt. Was aber für uns das ganz große NO-GO war: wir mussten tatsächlich um 6:30 Uhr aufstehen um für uns 4 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm am Pool zu reservieren !!! Alleine das ist ein Grund, das Hotel nicht mehr zu besuchen. Es steht zwar ein Schild vor dem Pool, dass es untersagt ist, Liegen zu reservieren, nur hat sich niemand daran gehalten. Auch die Mitarbeiter hat das nicht interessiert. Teilweise sind Liegen auch reserviert worden und waren bis nachmittags unbesetzt!! Der Weg zum Strand ist super schön und es gibt für ganz faule auch einen gut-funktionierenden kurzen Shuttleservice-Bus. Wer die typischen All-Inclusive Clubs mit Abend-Shows etc. mag, ist hier richtig. Für uns war es abends teilweise zu laut. Für unsere Kinder (9/5) war viel geboten: Wasserrutschen, Spielplatz, Wasserspielplatz, Pool, GamingRoom. Der Kletterpark hatte allerdings geschlossen. Alles in Allem war es ein guter All-Inclusive Urlaub, aber wegen der Reservierungssituation am Pool würden wir das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Friendly, helpful, easy check in at beautiful reception area, Room allocated not the biggest for 3 persons but we'll equipped and very well maintained, mini bar and safe great touches,. Plenty of sun beds parasols around the pool area. Great choice of food in restaurants, and good choice of drinks all around resort, very close to beach with bar and dining area part of AI. Helpful, friendly staff all around the hotel.
