this year is very bad, all hotel got some virus . imagine everyone sick… smell bad, rooms not clean, i found dead bugs in my bathroom, came for breakfast 9:30 already half tables not ready, you cant sit because they getting ready to close restaurant …. no cups for tea, no spoons. came to beach bar 14:45 no food, this year for real very bad…

Overall this is a great all inclusive hotel. It has lots of food options, delicious food as well, many drinks of all kinds, so many activities. Since we are young girls we wanted to spend as little money as possible and there was many good free activities, and the two girls who went to get a message had the most phenomenal Turkish bath ever according to them!!! Water slides were fun, the beach sam is very soft, and the entire thing is beautiful all around. Rooms were clean and nice, just one of the AC units was broken but they told us to go to the front desk to get it fixed. We did not go to the front desk but I'm certain if we did tell the front desk they would have fixed it asap. We felt very safe here with the security, and knowing there was a doctor who on call the entire time.

Классный отель. Заселили раньше времени. Еды полно. Аниматоры супер, особенно Ведущий Омер!! Всем советую! Отель на уровне евпопейского. Персонал очень отзывчивый и приветлевый. Здесь прям полный комфорт и расслабон. С детьми поехать - лучшее решение.

The hotel and staff offer a very pleasant, safe and comfortable environment and a relaxing atmosphere. Very delicious foods, entertaining evening programs and great animation team. Great thanks to the customer relations manager Hakan for taking care of us and to ensure a pleasant stay

Belle accueil, personnel à notre service, grand hôtel avec beaucoup de chose à faire. Mini club pour les enfants au top, beaucoup de choix au repas, Madame Basma est à votre écoute en français à l'accueil cela rend bien service. Agréable séjour.

My experience with Turan prince hotel is so beautiful , I and my family experienced very high class hospitality, varieties of foods and entertainment was on spot.lastly the cleanness was great ,the kids had the best time with the best water parks and lots of games that they enjoyed

Otelden oldukça memnun kaldık. Giriş karşılama ***et iyiydi. Yiyecek ve içeceklerin kalitesi otel fiyat standartlarına göre oldukça memnun edici. Çalışan personeller çok yardımsever ve işlerini iyi yapıyorlar. Merkezi bir alanda yer alan otelden çıkınca çarşı ve pazar gibi alanlara kolayca ulaşılabiliyor.
