Our stay at Club Turan Prince World, overall, was a filled with many lasting memories and positives. To begin with, the hotel itself is kept clean by the cleaning staff who consistently keep the rooms and the grounds in impeccable order. We couldn't fault the hotel’s cleanliness. The hotel has a great variety of activities, which our children enjoyed. There are several outdoor pools with many water slides and an indoor heated pool. The aqua park has a lazy river and a ‘jacuzzi-style pool’. Although, we didn’t use the football pitch, there is a large area to play and a basketball pitch too. However, no balls are provided by the hotel, so you will need to buy one if you need to play. There is a small mini-golf course. There is also an arcade on site, but this is not part of the all inclusive and to use this you need to pay approximately €20-25. There is also a theme park with a few rides for the children to enjoy. There is direct beach to a lovely stretch of beach. However, the beach is a bit pebbly. There is also a wonderful sauna and a steamroom, which are free to use. If you want, there is a spa on site which you can opt to do at an additional charge. The entertainment team are great and have a variety of activities such as darts, archery, Zumba etc. There is a mini-disco each night for young children. We were kept entertained by Brazil Carnival dancers, Turkish belly dancers, illusionists. So all in all, the entertainment was fab. There is also a ‘zoo’ which has peacocks, guinea fowl, sheep, ponies, ducks, geese, chickens and rabbits. There are also two beautiful Labradors kept here too. In my opinion, it just didn't seem right to have them couped up in there. However, the little ones will enjoy seeing some of these animals. There are shops on site, but these are too expensive. So, I would recommend buying from some of the local shops on the main road, which accept lira, euros and pound sterling. You can haggle to get a good deal on products. Further down the road on the right is a shopping centre where you can find a variety of clothing, souvenirs etc. Food is plentiful. There is a main restaurant which serves buffet food. There are also snackbars, one by the aqua park and another by the beach. There are three à la carte restaurants (but we didn't use these). Ice creams are free from 4-6pm. Unfortunately, I found a bug in the sauce of my food which I alerted the restaurant team and Hakan, from Guest Relations to. This did mar my experience of our stay as I’ve since had an upset tummy, nausea etc. Fortunately, the rest of my family do not have the same symptoms. Staff were warm and accommodating. Special mention goes to Ibrahim (Reception) and the rest of the team, Hakan (Guest Relations), Erfan (Bar team), Humeyra ( Snacks team), entertainment and so many others whose names we don't remember. We also booked excursions with Ozi. Although, we did enjoy these, these were not as described. The jeep safari with water fights, did not
