Tui Magic Life Jacaranda

Jacaranda Luxury resort is the best place for your vacation! Great location, high standard and delicious food! Our journey is perfect here!

My husband, myself and my 9yr old daughter travelled from the U.K on the 20th August. Yes the hotel is massive.. Yes its busy, but it never felt overcrowded because the site is so large. Im still in awe at how clean everything was. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly cleaned daily (main building standard pool view) My daughter loved the beautiful towel creations on the bed. The mini bar is only filled once on arrival and could be filled again (for a fee) via the app. (We were never in our room long enough to need this!) We were able to find 2 sunbeds with a parasol next to the pool every day without getting up at stupid oclock. The pool is SO good! So clean and the bridges provided welcome shade from the afternoon sun. The snack stations by the pool were great, pizza, sandwiches, fries, ice-cream, jacket potatoes, churros/waffles and there was a buffet lunch at the wunderbar and beach bar too. For dinner you can visit the A la Carte’s once each for free apart from the Teppanyaki and Steak house which are paid for. We booked easily via the app and once at guest services. We tried Green Curry, Jacaranda Lounge and the Turkish at the Beach. All were very nice and were very helpful with my Gluten Intolerance. The Teppanyaki experience which was €20 per adult and €15 for children was just fabulous, book if you are able its totally worth it!!! The Main buffet at dinner time was a little harder to navigate with the sheer amount of people, sadly this was not the most enjoyable part of our holiday and my only negative. There is so much to do, so many activities, the beach is great and Star Night in White was fabulous and the drone show amazing! ALL the staff are INCREDIBLY hard working, what made our holiday was the interactions we had with some very special staff, we were treated with warmth kindness and professionalism and in a hotel this size with so many guests it was unexpected. Huge thanks to the entertainment team particularly the talented Patricio, Christina and Luciano, and the two chefs at the Teppanyaki Grill. Also the hard working pancake lady on the beach, the manager of the Jacaranda Lounge, the fun ice-cream server who puts smiles on all the childrens faces and the jacket potato server who surely must have permanent arm ache.. to mention just a few stand outs. Jacaranda lounge is a must visit! The staff are incredible and make sure you have the best time. Very attentive and good service. The main guy is amazing and makes sure you are well looked after. He was brining me and my boyfriend fancy cocktails the whole time. Highly recommend the pizza and Brownie but everything is delicious and good size portions. Dedication visit, you won’t regret it :))
