It has been less than a week since we returned from a really nice holiday. It was made lovely by the few members of staff we met. Baki and Emre at the pool bar were great. They provided us with vodka sprites and the occasional memorable cocktail. Sorry we didn't get your name but the bar man serving at lobby bar on an evening bar was lovely too and very good at remembering our drinks among others. There were a couple of Mehmet's in the restaurant who were also nice and the maintenance men around the pool always had a friendly wave and a smile. The rooms were kept really nice so thank you to the cleaning staff for that. The only let down to this lovely holiday was the animation team. Sadly there was no enthusiasm which was the only thing this hotel lacked. We did manage couple of trips. Definitely do the jeep safari if you get the chance. It was fun!

This is an honest review. We have just returned from this holiday and had a good time. This hotel however is not a 4 star hotel. The positives were that the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. We original booked the superior room. However when we checked in and went to our room realised how small the bed was for our daughter. It was a very hard sofa which was tiny and would not be suitable for our 10 year old daughter. Reception staff upgraded us to a family room the next day at a cost of 150euro which was great. Pool: Pool was nice although it was very busy. We did manage to get a sunbed. The pool activities were very good. Food and drink: this is my main criticism. The wine both white and red was not drinkable. Now I’m no expert but it was horrendous! It tasted like vinegar. I tried adding lemonade… did not work. Awful just awful I have stayed in 2 star hotels and had better. This really needs some serious attention. Restaurant. The buffet restaurant is simple not big enough. There are to many guest for its size. We travelled as a part of 6 and had to sit separately even after waiting 15 mins to even get a table. There are queues for the food and as for the waiter service… there is none. Or at least not unless you want your drink after you have finished eating. The Al crate restaurants were also terrible. Food cold and basic service shocking. The positives were the bar staff. Always had a smile on there face and nothing was to much trouble. The pool bar staff were fab and so were the staff in the lobby bar. Overall we had a nice time but spent a lot of money as we had to eat out to get a decent meal and drink.
