Önceki yıllarda gelen arkadaşların tavsiyesi üzerine ailece severek geldik fakat memnunsuz ayrıldık . Daha önceleri apart veya pansiyonda kalan aileler için 10 numara Ama sürekli otel tecrübesi olan bir aile olarak memnun kalmayacağınızdan adım gibi eminim. Öncelikle bu güne kadar gittiğim oteller arasında sınıfta kalan tek hoteldir. İçecekler hem yetersiz hemde iyi Durumda değildir. Denizi 10 numara ama ulaşım çok iyi değil. Denize 600 m deniyor. En az 1.5 ve 2 km var. Animasyonları ve çalışan garsonlar çok yetersiz. Yemeklerde beklenti içinde kalanları yanılgıya uğratmaktadır. Oda iyi olsa ne olur ki akşamdan akşama yatmaya geliyorsun o bali iyi olsun. Restorant camları pislikten geçilmiyor. Sahildeki restaurant ları da problemli...

Otele gittiğimizde beklentilerimiz yüksekti ama özellikle yemek konusunda büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Çeşit neredeyse yok, her gün aynı menülerle karşılaşıyorsunuz. Yemekler genelde fastfood tarzında hazırlanmış, özenli ve farklı lezzetler bulmak mümkün değil. Kahvaltı da maalesef çok zayıf, her gün aynı şeyleri görmekten sıkıldık. Açıkçası tatilde biraz çeşitlilik ve kalite arayanlar için yemek konusu ciddi bir problem. Bunun dışında personellerden oldukça memnun kaldık. Güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, bu yönüyle otel artı puan aldı. Ayrıca sahile servis düzenli şekilde işliyor, yaklaşık 15 dakikada bir sahile ulaşım sağlanıyor. Bu da deniz keyfi yapmak isteyenler için kolaylık sağlıyor. Genel olarak özetlemek gerekirse, personel ilgisi ve servis hizmeti güzel olsa da yemek çeşitliliği ve kalitesi açısından beklentilerimizin çok altında kaldı.

Этот отель посетили 1-й раз. Ранее были в другом отеле этой сети 6 раз. Hane Sun Elite ставлю 5-. Сам отель новый. Хорошие современные номера, ресторан, ресепшн: все красиво, стильно, современно. Территория не большая, но отнесу это к + отеля. Все на виду, ребенок самостоятельно везде передвигался. Чистый бассейн и в целом в отеле чисто и приятно. Команда анимации отличная! Веселая, контактируют с гостями, придумывают развлечения. Выбор еды достойный, все есть, разнообразно и главное очень вкусно приготовлено. Отель на 3-й линии, пешком ходили пару раз, т.к. по жаре тяжело очень, пользовались автобусом - удобно. Песчаный пляж, шезлонгов всем хватало, есть душ,переодевалки. Бар с напитками и мороженым прям на пляже, чтоб покушать нужно подняться наверх ( ресторан для 2-х отелей сети) красивый вид, большой выбор еды и дует приятный ветерок😀 Что не очень понравилось: 1) овощи, зелень и закуски стоят на улице (днем на пляже, вечером на ужине) мух очень много 😭 хочется взять укроп, а оттуда много мух ( не приятно) здорово было бы придумать,что- то закрытое для овощей и зелени. 2) столики для гостей напротив амфитеатра . Часть столов уставшие, нет поверхности и там плесень. Все остальное понравилось, чисто, вкусно, аккуратно. Цена=качество. В Отель бы вернулась.

Отдыхали семьей в июне 2025, очень классный, душевный отель, дети просто в восторге от команды аниматоров (это как говорится была любовь с первого взгляда). В целом отель оставил только положительные эмоции, по кухне вообще вопросов нет (гриль меню разнообразное: курица, рыба, баранина, говядина), овощи и фрукты просто 🔥🔥🔥Большой чистый пляж, заход в воду просто сказка, детей было не вытащить из воды. Особенно порадовало, что с пляжа можно пройти пешком до отеля мин 7-10, по красивым местам, размяться 💪 В целом, категорически рекомендую данный отель, и туроператора FunSun, все было достойно, четко, без лишних вопросов и нервов⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️отдельная благородность команде аниматоров⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ и Tevfik - нашему представителю FunSun в отеле - за организацию экскурсий и быстрое оперативное решение всех вопросов💪
