Hotel is by beach . Room is big and clean. Breakfast is very good. The supermarket is in next door. The town Sitio near Nazare is on the cliffs. The views are very beautiful and looks down the beach and town. It worths the visit. The parking on the hilltop is limited but if you go there early , you are still able to find place to park. The receptionist is very good and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I found flat tire. The young guy worked at the front desk helped me to call the rental car company to solve the problem. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel is relatively old and the facilities are severely damaged. The shower gel is stuck to the wall with double-sided tape and is crumbling. You can even smell a musty smell when you first enter the room. There are very few breakfast varieties and most of the hot dishes are canned food. , I can only drink some juice and eat some bread to deal with it.

The hotel Junior Suite we booked was dirty, lacked facilities which were advertised on the hotels website, such bath robes, mini bar. Staff in the Cafe were rude and unhelpful. Wires hanging from the television, walls and carpets dirty. No valet parking, although this is advertised on the hotel website.

We were able to get a room with a same day reservation which was very helpful to us. The hotel is fine with the largest room we had during our stay in Portugal. We were comfortable there and it was an easy and safe walk to the old town center of Coimbra. That being said, the furniture in the rooms are very old and the rooms have not been updated in a very long while. They had at least on large tour bus group there when we visited. The parking is very difficult to access as it is so tight and you have to get buzzed into the parking by the operator. They do have a nice lounge next to the lobby that is open to 11 PM. We did purchase the breakfast but it was nothing special.
