The only advantage was it was quite near to the railway station and transportation facilities were great. The room was not clean. First they allotted a room in which we could not sleep well due to the clamoring sound of vessels in the kitchen in the restaurant! but they allotted another room after registering a complaint. Drinking water was not supplied and they only provided bathing accessories for one person! i think nothing is well supervised.

Reception staff was so irritating and not at all supportive; he behaved as if we are staying on their kind; even drinking water was not supplied; they where not able to provide gst bills ;

Terrible experience because :
1. Room booked with master size bed as shown in pic, but room offered was with twin single cot. 2. Room condition is pathetic. 3. Staff behaviour was very rude. 4. Did not get the room service even i called so many times. 5. Did not get hot water in bathroom for taking bath and at the end had to take bath with cold water. 6. Not worth of money. Even at 50% i will get better hotel. 7. No support from mmt. Even i called but did not get support. Overall, i will not urge any one to choose this hotel. Even if any one wants to go to this hotel then don't book, as it will show something and you will get something. This was a learning for me.

Good and comfortable stay. Hot water available 24/7. Neat rooms and clean and hygienic mantainance. No images

It was a bad stay. Ac wasn't working at one stage. They didn't provide fresh water to drink.

Location very near to coimbatore railway station. Food very good. Airconditioner control is in the hands of receptionist others ok. Service very good

Hotel is good, but service is bad. They are not ready to give gst bill which i paid. Food also very limited for complementary breakfast they allow only per person 150 rps only
