This room is actually worth for given price. Good facilities and better toilets when compared to others. Really affordable and enjoyable room in that range

Location was good. But management staff not good. I had booked double ac room as they didn’t had booked room so they shifted me to triple room saying upgrade but it was actually degrade. Mainly ac not working and bed was dirty. Secondly not hot water available in hotel. When inquired about it he said it will come by 7. 30. When asked again he asked to wait some more time and mentioned will and someone no one arrived. After asking 4-5 times he said the pipeline is broken. And he handed me manual heater coil to make hot water, seriously. I request to make hotel to keep the transparency about the amenities they provide. I had to suffer because of their lies they mentioned on there rooms information. Also i saw 2-3 customer arguing with receptionist about services during my stay.

Very worst blanket not cleaned properly no parking even bike need to park in side of road. No proper response from receptionist.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at krr grand hotel in. Despite your establishment's reputation, the service offered during my stay were far from satisfactory. The room was unhygienic condition and had many issues regarding the room we got. I encountered some specific issues as well. The bathroom was not clean, towel, blanket, soap were not available, the blanket were used in the room was not neat and tidy i hope understand the situation and take necessary actions. Please address these issues immediately, as they severely tarnish your property's reputation. Thankyou

It's memorys full days. In nice rooms good property in place is perfect place in bus stand.

there no service person, no calling bell very conjusted room poor. ventilation, very hard to open the door, not issuing bedsheet soap and paste each and every thing personally go the staff requst, totally not very good
