Good experience in staying this hotel but no hot water good room and good bed and good room service

I travelled as a couple with a kid.
There is a bar right next to the hotel and also we heard beer bottled rolled next to our door. though nothing has happened but we felt a bit unsecured.
The hotel corridor looks so isolated and scary. also the area is very shabby.
I don't suggest it for a couple

I booked this hotel since it is very near to the bus stand. the cleanliness is very poor, bed sheets had not washed properly, TV remote broken, the room service not good

Room and bathroom is cleaned but bit old smell. Bed sheets are too old , no issues with hotel management checkedin early. overall it is good and nearby to city center

Hi, they did not give blanket, the pillows were not clean, they made us wait 2 pm to give delux room which we booked. They gave temporary disgusting room until delux room was ready. They washroom did not have window closed dint have lock fr door. Not at all safe for a girl. The morning receptionist was so rude and ignorant and careless. The worst experience ever
