Decent hotel in a good location
It is decent hotel for its cost. Used to be fancy, I think but now is just ok, linen is a bit old, but overall clean and no famous Tamilnadu bed bugs! Staff could have been more responsive but I am happy they helped me how they could have done. It is well located btw close to shops and bus stand.

Very poor service and facilities.. 1. room _ dirty bed linens and pillow covers, there was no bath towels and bath mats and when asked for it, they took 2 hours and the boy came with a dirty towel and said there was no linen stock. ... Beverage _ ordered 5 times to get a drink , that too after many reminders... To get hot water , you ha e to waste atleast 100 ltrs of water , that too city like coimbatore... Overall very poor....

On the Plus side the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty. However the photos on the web must have been taken many years ago as they do not show the current state of the place. The bed linen and the bath towels were fresh and clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was no hot water and the airconditioner did not work.
