Estuvimos tres noches! Nunca hicieron la habitación! La primera noche pareció falta de organización pero la noche siguiente tampoco la hicieron aunque nos quejamos siempre con la recepción! Fallo la mucama, fallo la gobernanta, fallo el responsable de limpieza y fallo la recepcion! Lo peor q ni les importó. Pésimo hotel!No vuelvo nunca más!

El día de hoy en la mañana asistimos con mi novio a desayunar de forma particular al hotel como habitualmente lo hacemos en otro hotel de la misma ciudad, quisimos conocer y la experiencia fue realmente mala en el salón del desayuno. Nos cobraron antes de poder comer y de mala manera tratándonos ajeno de los demás comensales. Solicitamos el nombre de la "Encargada" y era DELMIRA. No corresponde el trato, y les dara mal opinion entre la gente de Coyhaique.

Hotel con buena atención tanto en recepción como en desayuno. Habitaciones con buena mantención e higiene. Buen servicio al desayuno. No tiene restaurante para comer ahí pero en los alrededores puedes encontrar alternativas. Recomendado.

Considerando el precio de una habitación por siete días , el aislamiento entre habitaciones es deficiente, la climatización es nula y la piscina no estuvo disponible en toda la semana que duró mi estadía. Además, el acceso peatonal es lejano a la calle y en pendiente. Por otro lado, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno agradable.
