Nice hotel, a old Cognac house converted to a hotel with a modern touch. Positive things: - Very clean - Well maintained - Friendly staff - Pool, sauna and steam room - Large room and shower - Two bars with an extensive Cognac selection - Parking To improve: - Selection on the breakfast buffet (e.g. every day the same three cheeses —＞ in a cheese country like France). The food quality of the available things was indeed very good.

Hôtel magnifique ! Un accueil chaleureux et très professionnel, une propreté irréprochable tout est nickel, les chambres sont spacieuses, la partie salle de bain est impeccable, le personnel aux petits soins, le petit déjeuner est complet, il ne manque rien!

Bel hôtel contemporain qui change des standards architecturaux. Prestations à la hauteur de ce type d’établissement, de l’accueil au départ. Belle chambre, propre et silencieuse. Petit déjeuné également sans reproche. Bonne adresse.

Un bel etablissement mais un service passable
L’etablissement est de qualité, la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Néanmoins il y a un sérieux probleme de service malgré un personnel nombreux. Le petit dejeuner est correct.

Luxurious accommodation
Exceptional accommodation, very slick and ultra modern, perhaps out of character for a vineyard district.
Wonderful service staff however hotel is quite unconnected with food and beverage operators so between having to dine offsite and disappointing experience when a table became available, I suggest using this hotel only for luxurious bedding.

Service from the roof top was poor too long to get the drinks then we booked the Distillery restaurant all good but the food came out cold, I felt so embarrassed in front of my friends who came from the uk to visit Cognac purposely. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
