Had a freind from New Zealand visit , so we had a2 night stay , and various freinds out to visit .
It was bad weather but we enjoyed lunch and pre drinks around the fire .
Loved the fire pit when no rain and food was good

The worst place bugs and stans are everywhere the smell is the worst it smells like dead animals I do not recommend

Service poor behind the bar and a bit slow at times
Over priced considering no table service for drinks or cocktails as had to wait at bar for drinks
Staff seemed a little over whelmed and stressed by the amount of people
Food in restaurant was average and a bit overpriced.
Breakfast was delicious and had a great range on offer ,staff were pleasant and helpful .
Reception staff were exceptional on the Saturday and Sunday checking out.
A very nice resort but the standard has gone down since last being there almost 12 months ago .

Not too happy with TV channels available but otherwise no complaints. We had issues with our heating which staff were very quick to try to rectify. We will definitely return again!

This is a nice property in a lovely location but…..I arrived early and had to wait for a room, OK that’s fine. I was asked if I had a car, no, I had flown in. They proceeded to allocate a room about as far as possible from reception and left me to lug my bags about half a kilometre with no offer of assistance. I am an ACCOR Platinum member entitled to a breakfast and food discount. At no stage was I advised either on the website or checking in that this was not available at this property. I ended up paying $38 for a bowl of fruit and a slice of toast for breakfast and had to ask twice for my coffee. Apparently the food venues are owned by someone else.

The rooms are very dated but comfortable and clean. The biggest let down for the resort is that if you are not close to Restaurant it is a long walk, not always suitable for everyone, and not totally undercover. Restaurant is lovely and food was very good. We were disappointed that there was not really any afternoon snacks available when we went for coffee but the coffee was very good. Would I return, no.

The rooms and surroundings away from the main public areas (Reception, Cafe and Beach House) are rather dark amidst too much greenery. But we loved being able to enjoy the private beach and pool facilities after check out. Great vibes in bar
