We have stayed here once before and now will only stay here. Clean and comfortable and the staff are genuinely happy to talk with you. Reasonably priced and in a great area. I can not say enough good things about this place. If your on the fence just go and stay here you will not regret it

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was close to downtown. The staff were lovely, the room was big and the breakfast was robust. I will say - the cleaning service during the day was just replacing towels and making the bed. No vacuuming or picking up - which was fine with us. We would 100% stay again.

Hotel is in a great location with restaurants and shops in close proximity. Staff was wonderful and room is large and very clean. However it is lacking some basics like there are no usb inputs anywhere in the room. No clock in the room - used my phone n glad I had a wall plug with a usb input.

Pros. Clean and in a great location. Several nice restaurants are an easy walk. Easy access to the Centennial trail. Super friendly staff. Rooms are a very generous size with nice outdoor decks to relax on. Roomy fitness area to include a Peloton bike. Good size parking area. The usual Hampton breakfast to include make your own waffle. I will definitely stay here again when I want to bike the area. Cons. I would have liked paper towels or something in the kitchen area to clean with.

We stayed here for three nights at then end of July and found it to be a a descent mid range hotel. It's a little bit older but well maintained building. Our room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel area's we were in. Some things were original like the furnishing's in the room and the TV, a bit dated, but nothing that affected our stay. We stayed from a Saturday thru to Tuesday and found the breakfast area on the weekend was extremely busy and and Mon./Tues not near as busy. The breakfast itself was your standard fair that hit the spot to start the day. The staff here were all very polite and easy to talk to if you had any concerns or questions. Once you turn off the main road and into the area where this hotel is, there are numerous other hotels/restaurants and a few shops and movie theatre right across the street. The lake and the downtown area are a five minute drive away. Price was a bit high but I researched others in the immediate same area and they were as well, summer vacationer's price's. I would stay here again.

For a one night stay this place was excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed it in terms of room quality, staff engagement and ease of access. A few restaurants nearby and free parking too - would have liked to stay longer but on a packed road trip as it was!

This is the second time we have stayed here with our group. We love that it offers camp sites and cabins. The staff is friendly, the sites are well-maintained and the restrooms are clean! The location is perfect for our needs - close to parks and shopping. The lake like setting helped keep us cool while it was hot out! We will definitely stay again!

We have stayed at scores of Hampton Inns over the years, almost since they started. And this has to be our least favourite. We booked a "Studio Sofa Suite" which is a big room on the ground floor with two windows looking out onto the car park. But the room seriously needs some updating. All the lamps have different ways of turning them on. They have shades at crazy angles. The light in the bathroom area lights up the room like a stadium, as do the lights in the kitchen area. The sofa is old and tired as is the bed. To show how old the fittings are, the plastic of a "chargepoint" provided on one bedside table has turned sticky, like old plastic devices do after a few years. The bathroom has discoloured, brown sealant round the bath. This place does not meet our expectations of a Hampton Inn and, should we return to Sd'A, we would look for another hotel. So that's our recommendation!
