The room facilities are good, but the room service just made the bed randomly and didn't clean it properly. A lot of garbage was not thrown away and the paper towels were not replenished.

I stayed here 3 nights and it was an amazing experience! The room was spotless and the lobby has a lodge feel to it. The staff were very nice as well. It’s also close to shopping and restaurants. The only down side would be the bathroom, it needs more lighting but the king suite I stayed in had a walk in shower which was very nice. The onsite restaurant was convenient. I would definitely stay again!

We spent three days here. It was money well spent. Great staff. Clean. First class. The restaurant had a great breakfast everyday, and we liked the evening menus so much that we ate their two of the three nights. The other night, we were at a dinner theater.

Excellent hotel in Cody. We stay at the BW Ivy every year over the July 4th week. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Staff at the front desk are professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff do an excellent job of keeping the rooms and facility very clean. Excellent location in town.

Excellent room quality, cleanliness, and service. Keureg in room. Window that opens. Most importantly room was not fouled by chemical sprays and oderizers that seem to be the new standard at most “chain” hotels. Thankyou so much for your exceptional standards of cleanliness including air quality. Have stayed here before and definitly will stay here again. Hotel restaurant is also excellent, full service and attached to hotel. Many of the restaurant customers are local and not staying at the hotel which is another testament to the food quality and service.

I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, great location and reasonably priced. Check in was easy, has pool and restaurant. Easy on and off road access. Front desk was friendly but most of all rooms were very clean. This was our favorite hotel so far. Wish we would have spent two nights here instead of one.

Nice view from the balcony. Nice town. The room was fine, a little narrow but we made it work. You have to give people space when you walk past the beds, but we only used the room to sleep... no big deal. Beds were comfortable. Rooster Cafe is a great place for breakfast. It is next to the campground across the street from the hotel.

The front desk was extremely unprofessional. When I asked questions, the staff responded sarcastically and with discriminatory remarks. Is this how they treat out-of-town guests? I will never stay here again. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional front desk service anywhere else. Absolutely terrible—I strongly advise others to avoid this place!
