Welcome to our newly remodeled beach home with brand new pool and spa just a few houses up from the beach. *Come celebrate the Holidays with us. Neutral designer Christmas decorations are up December through New Years. (Thanksgiving by request) Sleeps up to Fourteen. What you’ll love: - Brand new gorgeous saltwater pool and spa - Spa heater is gas and can heat spa in 15 minutes! - Comfortably sleeps 8-14 - XL on demand water heater so everyone in your group gets a hot shower - Televisions in every bedroom - 2-3 minute walk to the beach - Watch rocket launches from your backyard! - Blackstone griddle bbq for cook outs - Beach equipment to use (chairs, umbrellas, body boards, sand toys etc) - Complimentary coffee station - Soft and firm pillows on each bed with white sheets. - King beds - Fully stocked kitchen with all the small appliances you might need. (See listing for exact items) - Pool heated to 85 degrees for free December-February so you can keep enjoying the beach life Location: * 2-3 minute walk to the beach * 5 blocks away from Ron Jon surf shop and restaurants. * 7 minute drive to the cruise port * 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier * 45 minutes to MCO Orlando airport * 1 hour to Disney World & Universal It's in a quiet section of the island, but within minutes of the hustle and bustle when you are ready to be in it. In the kitchen you will find: - Double Oven - Glass stove top - Dish washer - 2 Refrigerators with ice makers - Hidden microwave - Seating for 12 around the dining table and 4 more seats at the peninsula - Tableware & glassware - Drip coffee pot, electric coffee grinder and Keurig with a starter set of coffee supplies - Small Appliances: Crockpot, toaster, electric griddle, Ninja blender, waffle maker, hand mixer 6 Bedrooms: - Bedroom 1- King Bed - Bedroom 2- King Bed - Bedroom 3- King Bed - Bedroom 4- 2 Queen beds - Bedroom 5- King bed with private bathroom - Bonus room with low angled ceiling- 3 twin beds with private half bathroom What sets our beds apart: -Scent free, hypoallergenic detergent used on all sheets - White clean spa like hotel bedding -1 soft and 1 firm pillow per person - Medium-firm mattress to provide support and comfort -Double encapsulated mattresses and pillows cover to ensure cleanliness - Cooling beachside quilts Each bedroom also has: - Smart TV to login to any of your favorite apps or use the free options - USB port on nightstand - Luggage rack, laundry basket, extra fan just in case per room We want you to feel like you are staying in a boogie private boutique hotel. Livingroom Space: Enjoy a huge main floor living room space with - 2 full size sofas - 75" Smart TV - fireplace - dry bar - Wine glasses - game table, and family games. This will be a favorite group hang out inside that can fit everyone! -Beach: The beach is just 3 houses down and across the street. Enjoy access to use: - Beach wagon - Boogie boards - Outdoor towels - Beach chairs - Beach umbrellas - Small Cooler - Sand toys *Use at their own discretion. We can't control the weather or the beach/surf. So use the water items with care. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach closest to the house. Also note, there are stairs to get to the beach. So ensure if you use the wagon, someone can pick it up and carry it up the stairs. -Pool: **Special: Free Full Pool Heating BY REQUEST December - February Bookings so you can use the outdoor area all winter long.** Pool 85 degrees & spa 101 degrees. - Spa always available to heat at the push of a button. - Pool hours end at 11pm to be a good neighbor. Security: The home has keyless entry that has a unique code given to ONLY you the morning of check in. You can use this code to get in and out of the home your entire stay. We also have a back up just in case. There is a Ecobee doorbell on the home for security and a camera with microphone in the front yard facing the driveway and street for security. There are absolutely NO camera's inside the home. Quiet hours in Cocoa Beach are 11pm-7am. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the home. About the House: This house was a labor of love to remodel as our families second home away from home. When we first laid eyes on it, we loved it, but knew we needed to first redesign the 70 year old house to meet modern day style and life. This house has been gutted to the frame. We have removed walls, redone the plumbing and electrical and replaced everything inside. The interior was carefully designed to reflect a modern coastal vibe. Even the doors have been custom constructed and painted to match the coastal green ocean colors you'll see in the Cocoa Beach ocean. We hope you enjoy your stay at our special home and make amazing memories.
