Beachfront Villa with Heated Pool Mini Golf Fire Pit and Spacex Views

Awesome location for our girls trip! We really enjoyed walking on the beach (even found some sand dollars!), chilling in the pool and lingering around the large dining room table after dinner. Excellent communication with this host as we had many questions ahead of our stay, all answered promptly. Everyone was happy with the spacious house with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group of 9 women. Recommended for anyone looking for a great spot for a large group. We even were treated to a SpaceX launch!

We stayed with our family. Kids and grandkids. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for all of us and very comfortable. We used all the amenities, which was perfect for each persons likes. Communication with the host was excellent! We had a couple very small hiccups but those issues we addressed immediately. Couldn’t ask for better communication. We had the perfect stay and will definitely stay again and would recommend this property to anyone.

We look forward to our family vacation every year, this year was especially good. The house was laid out well, allowing for privacy and quiet but also contained a large family room, game room and movie room. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets and duvets. The outdoor area had a putting green, each evening we turned on the music and enjoyed the breeze under the porch. The beach was beautiful and steps away. Would recommend!Thank you to our host!!

Overall the property is excellent, tons of space, theater room is great, putting green was used nightly. We found the house to be clean and cool when we arrived with everything we expected in place. Did have a weather related issue with the pool while there, that the host stayed in communication about and took care of to our satisfaction.

The property is perfect for all ages. Our family ages ranged from 6 to 93. Close to attractions, beautiful views of the beach, close walk to the beach and large pool to cool off. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary items and large living area for big family. Have stayed at this property several times and will definitely return for another stay.

Our family of 8 adults had a wonderful time at this property. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces are all a nice size. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room to all be together in one area or spread out around the house. Kitchen had tons of utensils and cookware. All the amenities were awesome! Spent a lot of time in the pool, on the putting green, and even used the new gas fire pit. Tons of pool toys, floats and beach accessories in the garage. House is in a great location, very quiet on the beach compared to the public areas. Downtown is just a 4 block walk away with tons of restaurants, bars and shops. It was nice to be able to walk instead of driving everywhere. We were excited to see 3 rocket launches during the week! But unfortunately, saw the fire at The Tiny Turtle and the aftermath of the New Glenn rocket blowing up at Kennedy. Things we won’t forget! We had a few minor suggestions for Yaima to make the villa stay even more luxurious. We would definitely rent here again.

The house was perfect size for our party of eight. Perfect location and sunrise are amazing on top deck. New putting course was fun all week and nice surprise when we arrived.

This house was perfect for our family! Our family enjoyed the location to the beach/pool and city! It was the best of all worlds. The whole family loved the pool table and foosball table. The chef's kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything that you needed to be able to stay and prepare all of meals. The only complaint was the cleanliness. The house looked like it didn't have a deep clean in a very long time. We would still stay here in the future as this house has everything that we needed for a perfect family vacation!

The house was great! Our family had a great time with plenty of nice common areas, a heated pool, well equipped kitchen, and nice amenities overall. A short walk down a path gets you right on the beach (which was never very crowded at all). We enjoyed our week there with extended family.
