I enjoyed my usual great stay. Comfortable bed, quiet room, great breakfast and friendly staff. I was pleased to find a recumbent bike in the Fitness Center (many Hilton properties have replaced them with Pelotons). Timonium Manager: please keep the recumbent bike for my future visits.

Upon entering, the hotel had a stale and dirty smell. Carpets were stained and gross. See photos. The room also was not clean. Tabletop had icky burn mark and had dried up sticky splashes of someone's drink's remnants. Carpet was not vacuumed. There were random droppings on it. None of us wanted to shower or eat the complimentary breakfast offered just by seeing the condition of the hotel.

Very nice property. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. It was close to many restaurants. I saw some complaints from other guests but I had no problems. The pool and exercise room were immaculate. The bathroom was very nice . The HVAC was very quiet unlike many hotels I have stayed at.

I used contactless check-in with the Hilton app. When I arrived I was disappointed to find that my contactless check-in was not recognized. I had to check-in at the front desk. This totally defeats the purpose of contactless check-in. The rooms do not have microwave ovens. This is the 1st Hampton I have visited (in 10 years) that did not have a microwave oven. This is an important feature for me.

Our stay was very pleasurable, staff are very welcoming/pleasant. Hotel/Room are very clean which made for a great stay. Only "exception" is that the room refrigerators need to have at least a "small freezer" area when traveling with "certain" required medications.

I stayed here for three nights on business. I found a hotel be very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and answered a lot of questions. The rooms were quiet, even though you were located in the city. There are also plenty restaurants all within walking distance.

They double charged and won’t fix the issue I called and a dude named Bill just transfers because I guess he doesn’t like to talk to anyone, he should’ve in the hospitality business Since no help, I will need now to dispute the charge Stay elsewhere if you don’t want to be ripped off
