Hotel di buon livello, camere spaziose, servizi adeguati. Usato anche per convegni e possiede anche piscina per chi ovviamnete non è interessato solo alle degustazioni. Parcheggio sia esterno che interno. Costo giusto, servizio di buon livello.

This is a wonderful hotel with a beautiful warm swimming pools and a lovely spa. I spent 4 days with my wife and a 9 months baby and I would advice to you if you want enjoy your time. In addition you can achieve in 10 minutes to Rimini center or riccione(viale ceccarini) by a comfortable bus metro in only 10 minutes foot from the hotel. Finally, you can eat delicious fish or pizza food in several restaurants situated closed to hotel.

This is a large facility but it is definitely not a four star. Having our dog with us, I had booked and paid for a 30 square meter room. I found myself in a tiny room where we couldn't even move around. The temperature inside was at least 30 degrees, but I was told that at the end of October they turn off the air conditioning and that if we were hot we could open the window. Inside the shower, which had obviously not been cleaned recently, there was a cemetery of bedbugs and ladybugs and we didn't even have the courage to use it. In the late afternoon, after yet another complaint about the unbearable heat, I was offered a room change. By now we were ready to go to dinner with friends and we declined the offer. I should point out that we had to bring the dog with us and had to leave him in the car all evening, because it was suffocating in the room. Maybe we were unlucky, but they certainly weren't having a good day.

For me, there was a hotel with a very convenient location for my trip. Unfortunately and to my great disappointment, the girl at the reception turned out to be absolutely rude, not trained to communicate with clients on the phone. To my numerous requests to stop in an endless speech about her decision on my placement, she did not react in any way and did not even want to listen to me, interrupting me mid-sentence and did not even give a chance for a two-way conversation! I think that such rude treatment of clients for a 4-star hotel is simply unacceptable. Another manager, Federico, tried to level the situation, but he also refused to name his colleague - a rude woman. Of course, I am not going to book a hotel after such improper treatment and I do not recommend anyone to contact this hotel so as not to ruin their trip!

Very friendly hotel with superior customer service, gourmet food and comfortable clean rooms. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay and could not recommend this hotel more. Hotel is in a great location near to the local train station in Coccaglio or walking distance to Rovato train station. Would definitely stay there, hotel was great value.
